We used to go to paninis all the time and it was great. Our server was more concerned with her phone or the manager that was sitting at the bar drinking. Every server there was on their phone as they were walking around. The food was cold and the beer was warm. The server brought the food out and was gone before we could tell her we had no silverware. I had to look for someone to get silverware. Finally, the tv was on a channel where they were doing cleft palette surgery. No one wants to eat watching that. If I could give this $100 meal zero stars I would!

Waited hour and half for food it was cold ordered cheese burger with lettuce tomato.mayo came plainASKED FOR LETTUCE TOMATO MAYO 15 MINUTES LATER RECEIVED BUT HAD NOTHING TO SPREAD MAYO HAD TO USE STRAW.YES WE ASKED 3 TIMES FOR NAPKINS AND SILVERWARE. THE WRAP THAT WAS ORDERED WAS ALSO WRONG HAD to remake. NEVER AGAIN!!

Rather cold inside on a crisp December day. They decided to combat this by turning on the fans in our section only. Was asked when we were leaving because there was a birthday party... got it.

This was our first time eating here and imagine my surprise when I learned they don't serve paninis. Ok... ?♂️ We had a great server who knew the menu well and made good suggestions. We had the provolone wedges, an Overstuffed Italian Sandwich (fries on the side) and a side salad. The wedges were fine... kind of bland. The fries were stone cold when they arrived but our server immediately rectified the problem and the fresh fries were good. The sandwich was a bit unevenly constructed (one half had 75% of the contents) but the meats were good. This place is also a Pepsi place (a real bummer in my world) & the happy hour beers were all light beers (Coors, Miller and Bud). We passed on the booze and just drank water. The table was laughably wobbly. The whole experience, other than the server who was great, was pretty 'meh.' I'm not sure we'll be back.

came in and sat at the bar which was filthy! I had to move twice to find a clean spot. The bartender was sitting with customers, ignoring other persons. I will NEVER go back there again!Do your job people!
