This is not a fancy place, but the food was excellent! I got the Triple burrito (delicious) and my husband got the steak rice bowl. The helping were generous and the prices are reasonable. We will go back next time we’re in town!

If I could give this establishment a zero I most definitely would. First let me start by saying I had no issues with the food. It’s wasn’t the best but it definitely wasn’t the worst. The customer service was absolutely horrible. As a local business owner if I treated my customers in this manner I would expect to have zero business. We ordered $500 worth of food for a birthday celebration from this business. When I arrived a little early to pick up the order, the rude woman at the front counter didn’t appreciate me being there 15 min early. She let me know that I wasn’t supposed to pick up until 12:15. NOT 12:00. When she began bringing my bags to me not one person in the whole place offered to help carry out or even hold open the damn door. There were easily 12-15 bags plus 9 containers of food. I was perfectly capable but a little kindness would’ve been helpful. Where has good customer service gone? It sadly doesn’t exist in some businesses any longer and unfortunately this establishment is one of them. I certainly hope in the future you treat your customers who spend their hard earned money with more respectful. I will NEVER give this restaurant the pleasure of my business nor would I recommend. If you’re looking for a place to go to be talked down to and spoken to in a rude manner then this is your place!!!

Great Service from all members of the staff, with a comprehensive menu and fabulous values if their during lunch. Additionally, they offer daily special priced meals and have an excellent full bar. I make a point to stop hear while traveling through Ohio on Route 80.

The hostess gave us one disposable menu/placemat to share. We had to ASK for the chips and the server gumped! When they finally came after being seated about 10 minutes. the seemed chewy! Never experienced this. Like they were stale and sat under a heat lamp. The salsa was so-so. Had cilantro stems in it. The chairs and booths were painted with a pretty sunflower motif. The food came quick after we ordered. My dining partner ordered a chicken and a steak. Twice he had to spit out fat from the steak. My grilled quesadilla was pretty good. I don't think we will be returning any time soon.

Menu had a lot of different items, and some unique items. All food was very good and came quickly after ordering. Was here from PA and would go back again if in the area.

Had the take out Pollo Loco platter. The portion was very generous and lasted for a few days. The chicken was tender and tasty. Great value.

Located right across from our hotel so we thought why not. The food was good, friendly service but the one one margarita we ordered not so much...ended up wasting, couldnt drink.

At a recent meeting at Los Girasoles, we experienced very prompt service and the food delivery for my group of 14 was surprisingly quick. But the salsa music was so loud it was difficult to carry on a CONVERSATIONS. After several requests, the management turned it down some, but not enough. We were told we would have a private room perfect for meeting, but that didn't happen as regular customers were seated with our group. On the plus side, the food was tasty and served very hot. I would recommend it for the food, but not for a meeting.

WRONG. I think it is WRONG that there is a fee charged on all takeout orders. I arrived to place an order for takeout and did so with ease. I paid the amount requested but once I sat down to wait for my food, I started to do the math in my head as something seemed a little off. I quickly grabbed a menu and did the math over and over again and I kept coming up with a total that was lower than what I had already paid. I thought perhaps they accidentally entered my order as dine in and I was simply being charged some sales tax but that was not the case. When I asked about this they informed me that they always charge a fee on takeout orders. No. Just, no, this is wrong in my book for so many reasons but I will only comment on one and that is this: If a place of business is going to charge me for something that is extra or is not listed or advertised for me to see and know about ahead of time, buyer beware. This should be communicated to patrons and not simply left as something for a customer to discover on their own and after the fact. I don't like surprises when it comes to my pocketbook. While I understand that this business has the right to practice the policies that it sees fit, customers have the right to not be subjected to hidden fees/charges. Now, I am aware some may argue that this extra charge is for a tip that goes to the person who prepares the order but there is no set fee for customers when dining in...or is there? What a customer chooses to tip is subjective to say the least. Some people may argue that the fee is for the utensils and materials used for packaging the food to go, but is there a set fee for the dishes, plates, napkins, cups, etc., used when dining in? Or how about the to-go box that is given when one cannot finish their meal and wishes to take home leftovers? No. No. No. And how was the food? Well, it was good. I can say that I enjoyed my meal but this hidden takeout charge/fee has left quite a bad taste in my mouth. Wrong, wrong, wrong

Stopped in after a long day. The food was good especially the soup! Huge bowl so just know you will get a lot! The only negative was that they used canned mushrooms on the quesadilla which took away from it. The gentleman who served us was very warm and welcoming.

We were staying at a motel nearby so walked over for dinner. Cheerful dining area and very pleasant staff. Our waiter was quite attentive. Food was typical Mexican but very tasteful. Cole slaw as a chip dip was different, but I loved it.

This is one of those reliable and average Tex Mex places. Whatever you get will be good probably, but it is not spectacular or unique. They have good margaritas and their food is tasty. I would recommend it for anyone looking for an easy Mexican food dinner.
