It was really hard for me to hear my name called when my food was ready. It could have been my fault. I just wish they would use the speaker the music comes out of to make announcements.
Third time I've gotten bagels on my way to work and they look blistered all over rather than a smooth look. They are heavy and tough. I've never experienced this with another Panera.

Nothing extra special, food was good as per usual, service wasn't bad just slow. So we waited longer than it took for us to sit down and eat our lunch. Wasn't the dining room was 3/4's full but no line ahead of us and only a couple customers directly after. ??♀️ So, I'm not sure what happened but definitely waited too long for a bowl of soup & a sandwich.
