We ordered Penn Station through Door Dash and before it was delivered the manager of Penn Station called to let us know the driver left behind our salad and he’d be delivering it himself. Received the salad 5 minutes after the door dash delivery and they threw in some delicious cookies! ??Thanks to the manager at Penn Station for delivering my lunch—much appreciated!! ?? We order from here often and will continue to do so!

Went in with a group of about 20. Food came out rather quickly and was of good quality. Did observed however, a frustrated maybe manager that wasn't too nice to our group. Other than that, good place.

Ordered 3 sandwiches 3 fries 2 drinks, $48 after I paid was waiting looked at bill and realized they miss a fry didn't want to wait on reorder. Finally got our order and it was missing another fry. They apologized and said be up in 2 minutes 15 plus minutes later, stoped looking still no fry. Watched them drops fry basket 2 times and fill 2 orders 1 that was after me still no fries. I left sandwich was cold so I didn't eat so I couldn't tell you what the food tasted like but I will never go back to Penn station again

Ordered regular philly steak and fries. When i got home noticed i had received the wrong order. I was on my lunch break so couldn't go back. Tried calling, but their phone was out of service, so I filed a complaint with the company. The next day I went back. As soon as I walked in the staff immediately greated me, asked for my name and quickly apologized for messing up my order. They still had my order receipt from the previous day and just confirmed I wanted the same thing. They were so quick and polite to rectify their mistake. I would definitely recommend this location!
