Not consistent. From topping portions varying each time, to "as of today" reducing quinoa & rice bowls to the size of a small salad (same price of $9.25). Most of the time, one or more of my toppings are either missing or incorrect. You shouldn't have to call a restaurant every time you order due to mistakes. Despite DoorDash's application giving good results, the actual Pita Pit ordering system (and staff) are questionable. **If you aren't speaking to a manager, don't trust them!**First picture is "new" Ode to Athens, same size as the small salad in second image. Third image has the receipt. Does anyone see carrots? There's a lot missing here.

KSU grad here. I had to drive through Kent for work, and decided to take a trip down memory lane. I ate here consistently for my entire undergrad. My trip today did not disappoint. I was hit with memories galore, the guy who made my pita, Devon, was awesome and it is DELICIOUS. Can’t wait to be in the area again. Love Pita Pit forever.

Please update your hours if you aren’t going to be open during them. Yesterday I came to get food at 7:20. Says you’re open till 8 and no one was there. Today you aren’t open in the middle of the day. Would really like pita pit but don’t know when to get any

Was in the area and looking to have a nice afternoon with my 2 friends. I've always loved Pita Pit and has yet to disappoint me, until I came to this one. While there were practically no customers the service seemed to take forever. It seems as if there was tension among the staff as the energy inside felt very hostile. I do believe one of the staff members was being bullied and made to feel bad at any mistake. To wrap it all up, my 2 friends ordered the southwest fajita pita one with vegan meat and one with chicken. They mixed up the orders, which is unfortunate considering my friend is vegetarian. I usually love Pita Pit and many have said this location has been okay before. Ultimately, I do not blame Pita Pit, but the workers there. I guess at the end of the day I have a interesting story to tell, being able to cut tension with a knife is never that fun.
