I waited a hour and 20 minutes for my pizza only for it to be cold!!!! 2nd time = 2 strikes you won’t have the opportunity of getting a 3rd. I’m taking my business elsewhere!!!

Went to pick up my carry out order only to sit at the window for at least 5 minutes. Knocked on glass. No one came over (3 people inside). Finally waved someone to wait on me only to be told they were out of pan crust and only had one of another type and my order wasn’t in yet because so many were ahead of me. I ordered papa John’s and it was ready in 15 minutes with no issues.

I ordered a pizza online for my boyfriend but an hour went by and the pizza never came. I called the restaurant just to find out the driver didn’t care enough to come knock on my door and then blamed it on me. They said they would put another pizza in because the first one was cold. Another hour went by still no pizza. I called again just for them to put me on hold for 10 minutes. I will never order from here again and I’m still waiting on my pizza.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Imagine going to the same place and them messing up your order every single time you go. Go to domino's in kent at least they aren't rude when you try to get your money back or pizza hut in ravenna is way better. I have never ordered here and got what I ordered ever. 0/5 GO TO A DIFFERENT PIZZA PLACE

Frozen pizza tastes better. I kept giving this location and the one on 43 a chance but wow I ordered a pizza last night and was in awe of what they put in the box. It wasn’t even edible and it was severely overcooked to the point where I could crumble it with my hands. I don’t bother calling the store seeing as they have no customer service skills. Like I said, frozen pizza is better quality and cheaper than getting poor quality food at this location. Nasty people, nasty pizza.

I’m done with Pizza Hut I ordered the pasta and it was dry no cheese and no chicken I used to love them as a kid on a Friday night chilling with the family so I tried to turn my kids on to it but nooooooo it’s disgusting and they don’t care anymore won’t be back over it
