Asked if they delivered. First thing told from the person on phone... WE DO NOT DELIVER. I had to call the next closest store and they took my address and told me that this pizza hut delivers to me. So had to call back and let them know they do deliver.. the person on phone, didn't take my address, took my card number and I had to walk them through what they needed off my card. Then realized they never took my address so I called back to give it so I can get my order to me that I just paid for. Most unorganized and sounds like they never want to deliver store... I never order from pizza hut normally, put thought I would give it a try... never agian will I order from here.

Place was slow 5:25 on Saturday evening. Waited 5 minutes to be seated. After 25 minutes of just sitting there we got up and left. We we never acknowledged out of being seated.

It is a pizza buffet, and there were only 4 old pizzas out, and the vegetables in the salad bar were old, the carrots were dry and white. Nothing was fresh, when they finally brought out fresh pizza, it was pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza. The waitress was very nice and attentive though. Also, they took out the bar, and only have 4 beers to chose from and nothing on tap.

Overall it's good, but the food made me sick once.
If I’m writing a review it’s either a one or a five, right? Unfortunately this location gets a one. The food is what you expect and I do like their pizza.If you actually get it.Issue here is I used the online app and delivery said 30 minutes. At the 50 minute mark I called and they explained they use Uber Eats for delivery and had no control over timeframe. I told them I’d be in for pickup. When I got there my order had not started. This is now over an hour later. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me one. After a ten minute discussion, mainly on how stupid this was, I left without my food or a refund. Thankfully I disputed the $48 charge on my credit card and got a full refund. As a side note Pizza Hut corporate said they were incorrect in not crediting me.

Terrible, just terrible, from the 2 pizza "buffet" to the brown lettuce salad bar, we have tried this 3 times, will not be back, pizza has gone down hill doesn't taste good anymore, service.. I can not even with this.. poor girl was alone running the whole place, 1 guy in the kitchen..

Brimfield pizza hut is a disappointment went there 4 hours before close and they had the inside locked an closed, couldn't even enjoy the inside scenery
