Just ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap and a mango smoothie. My very first bite and I felt something poke my cheek! It was a hard piece of plastic!!! Almost felt intentionally placed there. I can't even eat this I am so disgusted. The piece of plastic is the same as the bowl that it came in but mine wasn't damaged so that disgusts me even more! Do better!!!

Worst experience at a Pulp, will never do business here again my wrap wasn't even wrapped and my protein packer was the worst tasting ever. It was definitely missing some ingredients. Stick to Chapel Hill and Stow location.

I come through here 3 to 4 times a day and I bought a Tumblr cup. I don’t want to put my smoothies in there because I come here so much. I don’t like to take it in and out of my car., They still will not give me my discount Even with having my cup. This is the only location that doesn’t give me my discount with my cup. They never give me a receipt whenever I come through here.

The staff there was very rude. Did not want to give me my discount, even though I had my cup. She said she didn’t hear me even though I showed her my cup. Then sent a different girl to the door to give me my order who was also just rude and nasty of the first one.

Lots of tasty smoothies available. Options for added supplement boosters for protien, immunity, etc. a plus. Wheatgrass shots are super good and you get a little fresh squeezed OJ side car with it. Every time I go to kent I have to stop and get me a " Samma Jamma" or the "Orange Cream" Smoothie lol. I would recommend this smoothie place to anyone who loves to eat or drink healthy, as well as the ones who don't lol bcuz ??? I hate eating healthy but I can't seem to get enough of these great smoothies! They are a bit too pricey tbh, however I would say it's worth it!!!

I just placed an order and on the order page I put "hand it to me upon delivery". This is at my place of employment, which is a medical treatment center. The nuckleheads left it outside the building!!!!!!!!!! WTH were they thinking. When I called to complain, they said I need to go through the Doordash process and they will deliver it again. I also would have to go through the refund process prior to that. SO, I'm out $11.00

The smoothies are consistent, pretty good for the cost. The staff never seems very friendly or attentive though, unfortunately. Always very rushed.

Agree with others that if I could give a zero I would. Sat in the drive through for over half an hour just to pull up to the window and have an employee walk up next to the window after 5 minutes, make eye contact, say nothing, and walk away to serve customers inside. The three cars in line behind us all left at different points in the wait. We finally pulled away after another five minutes of being ignored. This is not abnormal here. We’ve been here many times and the majority have been long wait times and occasionally rude staff. We were coming for the quality smoothies, but now we will be going to the Human Bean or Ming’s across the street who have smoothies and actually care about their customers. ?
