The starbucks is fine but workers are consistently VERY loud. Yelling and talking loudly and playing incredibly loud Disney music. Considering it’s in a library I find this pretty annoying!

Overpriced. I ordered a coffee machine showed I had paid for a cafe latte. Barista said the machine doesn't have an option for coffee .

When I went in earlier they were slammed and behind roughly ten people, so they stopped the line for about ten minutes and caught up. All of the employees were super nice and the one who took my order said she was training a bunch of them so it was even worse. Most people would be upset in this situation, but I was actually impressed and thought that they did a great job. I didn't wait too long for my order, even then I didn't mind waiting because I knew they were busy and needed time.

Everyone's polite but I never get what I order correctly. Usually it's an easy fix but still frustrating when I consistently get my order messed up. I also noticed they upcharge me when asking for classic as vanilla syrup and everytime I have to ask them not to charge me.

This place seems to be closed by 11 am everyday. They love to let the line build up, and suddenly say "sorry we are closed". I can understand being short staffed, but to let the line continue and cut people off suddenly? Now that is great customer service. The best part is, one of the times they did this it was due to only having iced coffee and soy milk in stock... which is exactly what I was about to order. i informed them of this as they cut me off as next in line, but it did not matter. Awesome!!

One evening I went in for a drink while I was studying at the library, and was informed by the very rude, very frustrated manager that they were "out of coffee." This doesn't even count the previous time I went in and they were out of Frappuccino's, expresso, and anything with cream or whip. Seems to be extremely short on resources, and while the baristas and those working at the counter do their best in organizing it, the head manager/barista that works there is always extremely rude and in a huff.
