I don’t know what staff member/members it was who thought it was a good idea to turn the music volume up to 100+ in the restaurant while people were waiting for their food inside because it was 30 degrees outside but it sucked. My friends and I usually have great experiences at Steak-EEZ however this was not one of them. Also the sandwich order was wrong but my friends and I were far more disgruntled that we couldn’t hear ourselves think let alone hear each other.Vegetarian options: Fries

My wife and I really like this place! If you want a Philly Cheese Steak this is the place to go near Kent. I like to get the one with peppers, banana peppers and jalapenos. Fries are good too.

At least the foods good here but don't online order anything from here, ordered an online order at 7 pm when hours posted are 3-1245 pulled up at 7:10 to an empty restaurant with the lights off and door locked and no way to get ahold of anyone for a refund, tried calling the next day and they're unable to give me my refund until a manager is in the next day, so I offered to just have them make my order so I could pick up and this be over was also told no and that I needed to wait to speak to a manager the next day, here we are 48 hours later no food and no money back yet, lesson learned just plan on ordering there if you really have a taste for this place if you don't I wouldn't even bother, not worth the time and inconveniences.

I LOVE STEAK EEZ! My partner and I always get the Wake 'n' Bacon and I literally have dreams about it. Nothing better than a Wake 'n' Bacon at 2 AM after a night on the town (preferably not sober).

They told me I couldn’t take an order 20 min before I closed because they didn’t want to make my food. It was two guys working on Tuesday night and said I couldn’t order even though they were still open.

Easily the worst quality and tasting food I've ever had. I'm sorry I hate to be that person (as I am in the restaurant business) but, it was seriously that bad. My cheesesteak was dry, burnt, tough, and flavorless... as if the person who made it really hates their job. I hope they are able to correct this problem as I'd be willing to try them again I'm the future.
I have never set foot in here, only ordered out. My go-to, wife-is-outta-town bachelor chow. Cheesesteak ingredients on a bed of French fries? Hell yes. Better than it should be, better than it looks. Easily could make 2 meals out of it, if not more. I like this place a lot.

I don’t know what happened, this place use to be the bomb! I ordered a fry bowl tonight, literally had 6 French fries and just hunks of chicken. Get the old cook back lol
