Automatically charged a tipping fee for a takeout order. The charge went through with no signature required so I didn't notice the tipping charge until after I left the restaurant. Of course there's no one to contact so just warning others.

Door locked during business hours. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. There was a sign on the door stating they were closed for a meeting. I called the store to cancel my order and get my money back. They said that they could not refund my money because my order was ready and I should have knocked on the door (even though their sign said closed). SMH

The food here is your typical Subway experience, staff included. If you like Subway you'll enjoy all the norms. The parking lot is very small and so is the seating area though. This Subway is more of a convenience for take out, versus a planned sit down with family or friends.Vegetarian options: As usual, build your own sandwiches, so you can get customizable vegetarian orders here.Parking: Very small. My experiences have been mixed with this subway. Some sandwiches are good and others are really messy. Also they do not go by the hours online. I went at 7:30 and they were closed even though online it says closes at 9:30 and it says 9:00 on the door.
