I visited for the first time today and decided to try the macaroons. They were incredible and a huge hit at my work. I'll definitely be back again for more macaroons and to try their other items!

I ordered a cake two weeks in advance when you go pick it up and it wasn’t even done. I confirmed with two different people that I wanted strawberry cake and I cut into it and it’s vanilla. I’m so upset I was looking forward to having a strawberry cake.

Went here for the first time for some macarons at a friend's recommendation! They were DELICIOUS and honestly quite large which I adored. Solid prices and the staff was oh so sweet. Also they had gluten free peanut butter blossoms and I was told they do specialty orders so I'm very excited :) will 100% be back and 10/10 would recommendDietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free

We ordered 2 pies for Thanksgiving, one apple and one pumpkin. Both were outstanding! Can't wait to order for Christmas! Jessica and her team do an awesome job and you can tell how much love is put into providing excellent service along with excellent baked goods. Highly recommend!

Made a quick stop into The Mockingbird Bakery after the gym today and I was able to snag a few gluten free goodies for my fiancée. Each thing was packed with flavor and did not disappoint. My favorite was the pumpkin macaron and the strawberry lemon cupcake. Everything was beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was super cute and inviting. The service was outstanding and super informative. Definitely stopping there in the future. 10/10

I ordered my wedding cake from here. We left our cake tasting very excited, but on the day of the wedding the cake was delivered late and a few boxes of our cupcakes tipped over. We did get a partial refund, which was appreciated, but what bothered me was that the excuse I received was "we called the venue and they said it could be delivered anytime after 10." They were quite clearly talking about the earliest time. I read the contract and it said that the reception started at 5, and the cake was not delivered until after that. They said a car pulled out in front of them and that's what caused the tip over of the cupcakes, but I think if they weren't rushing because they were already late it wouldn't have happened. All she said about that was "unfortunately it sometimes happens." I'm not going to give 1 star because they are a good bakery and I know how good their cakes can be, but I felt that I was not given the best customer service once my contract was signed.Additionally, I was not given a box for my top cake tier. They knew that I was saving the top (the contract said topper - yes, and we discussed it when we had the consultation and determined how many cupcakes we needed to buy) but she said I didn't order a box for the topper. Maybe this was my responsibility to do, but this is the kind of thing that made me feel like an afterthought. Why wouldn't they, the professionals, ask if I needed a box? I assumed that I was getting one and didn't find out until the end if the night when I was packing up after my reception.

Oh my goodness I love this place! I just tried their scones, my boyfriend selected the spice one and I got the lavender... they both were so incredibly good! The spice wasnt too strong, just the right amount of sweetness, also super tender and delicious! The lavender one was not overpowering either, It was a great balance with the scone itself and almost had like the same effect as rosemary or mint, just a perfect compliment to the scone texture in slight sweetness. The mockingbird nailed it! So so good!!!

We had our wedding cake done by mockingbird, and we were just overallnot impressed, the staff is nice enough but really hard to get ahold of, I was trying to get ahold of them for months before my wedding and the decorator would not call me back, and then once I was able to about 5 months before the wedding everything was fine, I was able to pay for it, tell them everything they needed to know, it was quite expensive but fineThey showed up late on wedding day, they said the cake would arrive by 1, but it probably came out 2, I'm really not sure what time it was but the delivery person was very confused when they arrived, like they had no knowledge of what they were supposed to be doing, wasn’t worried about it though, the wedding didn’t start till four, but the kicker was, i really didn’t like the cake! It was kinda sour? It was cream cheese filling with a sort of cream cheesy buttercream on the outside because real cream cheese is too fragile and it was bad! The whole cake also had a very greasiness to it, like lard or something, after I smashed cake in my husbands face he had to go wash it with soap and water, the cake was pretty enough, wasn’t impressed with the flower job they did but it was fine, and we had a great day all in all though!
