I stopped for a Watermelon mint mojito smoothie and it was just what I needed on this super hot day!!! However, it was $7.45 and was not any bigger than a medium drink cup from McDonald's and only 3/4 of the way filled. The store counters and prep area could have been a little cleaner also. I would definitely go back, but will make sure I get a full cup for that price next time!!

Ordered though doordash and thought my dasher tampered with my food, but no, it's probably the rude workers that messed it up after reading all these reveiws. The smoothie wasn't even blended all the way, my salad was awful, most of it was in the bag and I didn't even get the cookie I ordered.

I got the Baja chicken wrap and the açaí boost smoothie. The wrap tasted decent until I got chunks of very brown avocado in it. The wrap wasn’t cut down the middle, the onions were super thick and didn’t have a pleasant taste at all, and my smoothie was not blended all the way, every time I’d try and drink some I wouldn’t be able to get any because ice chunks would get stuck in the straw. When I went to scan my points, saying it out loud and them being told I wasn’t going to scan, they completely passed the option all together. Over all it was not a pleasant experience.

Second time visiting this location. The young man working this morning was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. The food was wonderful! The establishment was very clean.

It was Okay. Ordered their smoothies twice online. The first experience was really pleasant. The avocado smoothies were fresh and delicious. It was ready fast and the customer service was nice.However, the second time turned me off. The oat berry smoothies tasted plain and watery. The berries were not fresh, tasting being frozen for ages. And it took a long time for my smoothies order to be ready. I waited for around 15 minutes but my app didn't show it was ready. I thought it must be very busy so I had to go to the other store nearby to pick up my second order I placed after my smoothies order. When I picked up my smoothies 5 minutes later, the store was very very empty. Only one customer was inside and no other online orders were on the shelf except ours. Not sure why it took forever to make two smoothies.BTW, when I got inside the Cafe, the lady working there noticed me but didn't greet me. So I understand why some other customers said they were not friendly.

I came in behind my friend who had already ordered and he told me the one lady yelled at him when he asked for something that was no longer on their current menu but he had gotten in the past. I thought he was being dramatic until I saw her making the smoothies and calling out the orders- good grief she has to be the rudest person I’ve encountered working at any food place, and I’ve eaten at Waffle House after 1am. I’m not sure if she was having a horrible day or just passionately hated her job and every customer that came in by extension but she was blatantly mean to our group and everyone who had ordered before/after us. I hope she’s nicer to her coworkers but they looked just as scared as I was, someone needs to check on the other people working there they might need help. It was only that one lady too, the other people working there seemed nice and didn’t express any anger. Ma’am if you happen to see this I hope you have better experiences as a customer at other places than the experience you’re providing for the customers here.

My friend and I came here to get smoothies. When we got in line immediately one of the staff was rude and had horrible customer service. She was rude to my friend and I after we were nothing but kind and it was overall not a good atmosphere. And when we got our smoothies, the flavor only lasted for about 3 sips.
