Went to go there Tuesday Aug 22nd 2023 and the place was closed. Not sure if it is a remodle but, sad to see it gone.

I loved this place so much. The pierogi grilled cheese is good enough that I was going to prioritize coming for lunch or dinner on my trip home. So sad to see that you're looking for a new location! Hope you see you back open again soon.

I ate here a few times and always meant to leave a review but forgot. I have never been disappointed when it comes to their sandwiches. Their food is just the bomb dot com!

The food here is very tasty and they have unique sandwich options, some of which I had not had previously. They have a good Texas toast / garlic bread grilled cheese / cheeseburger "thing" that is quite fantastic. The major downside is that they do not have any parking available specifically for their customers.Parking: There is no parking specifically for this place, making getting there difficult.

10/10 recommend going here! Especially for the IMPECCABLE service!! Gio and Jaron are BY FAR the best employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They’re so sweet and funny and fast with their service :) definitely a wonderful environment to be in! Someone better give these guys a raise

Staff not really friendly was told they haven't started the dippers but was on the wall. Everything that I wanted to try was told was out of. Never had been there staff couldn't be bothered young girl. Asked how long they been in business she said years didn't know how long. Wasn't happy with the food tried the soup had a burnt taste. Was very excited to try this place won't go back.

The grilled cheese sandwiches were good (the Julian Edelman and the Joe Walsh). But the wait was ridiculous... 50 minutes!! No apology from the waitress and no concession for the long wait (Ex. "Sorry for the wait... Would you like a free milkshake on the house?"). And if course I had already left a 20% tip. Good food, hard to recommend this place based on the wait...

This is an order of the Crispy Southern Style Chicken Tenders Combo. I have traveled to the south. These are not southern style. They are quite burned, maybe they meant extra burned nuggets the close cousin of burnt ends. Ps. These are nuggets. I also tried the Mark Mothersbaugh combo. The sandwich was burned and the fries were cold. The pop was also flat. If you are in Kent Skip this Stop. We ordered 5 sandwiches and one appetizer. The time to table was 59 minutes. There were 3 other sandwiches Dri Archer, Drew Carey, and Paul Warfield, all are served with burned and cold fries. On a positive note the pretzel was good. Pss. No one checked on the food or our hour wait. Psss. Bathrooms are cleaner after a double homicide. #besafeoutthere

How hard is it to make tomato soup and grilled cheese? Hard apparently. The sandwich was luke warm and barely browned, cheese hardly melted. All I wanted was some tomato soup and instead I got hot pizza sauce. Canned soup was better than that. I'd give it one star but the service was good so I guess 2 is deserved.

Lol how does it take 50+ minutes to make two grilled cheese sandwiches and fries? I've been here one time before and it was busy. Today it's dead and the cook must've fallen asleep at the grill. Unbelievable

Loved this place. We sat outside because it was a beautiful day. The woman helping us was very kind to us first timers and very helpful. Food was delicious and largely portioned.

Good food for a reasonable price, lots of options to choose including gluten free, veg and plant based

Since the ownership changed, the quality, speed of service, and friendliness has suffered greatly.

Crazy good melted cheese and timely service. I went there two years ago, but the restaurant defines Kent State University so well. I love it there!!!
