I can’t believe this place is still open. I went through the drive-through and got a three piece meal, got home and the bone on all 3 pieces of the chicken was black. The french fries tasted like they had been cooked with fish and the biscuit was as hard as a brick. Shame on KFC I will never be back.

Food was okay, not great. Cashier had to wait to take our order until getting ice for previous customer, because there was no ice in the dining room machine. That was understandable. She took our order and sat empty cups on the counter for us. When I asked for ice, she told me we'd have to wait til she took the next customer's order, and she filled the machine! The next order took considerable time, and we were at least a third of the way through our meal...with no drinks. Also, every single step I took, my shoes made a noise and it felt like the floor was sticky; not food, likely the floor cleaner that hadn't been rinsed off the floor. Floors were not dirty.

Don't even bother with this place. I placed an online order at 7:40pm for a pick up time of 8:00pm. That gives the workers a whole 20 minutes to get the order prepared. Went in at 8:01 to pick up my order to find workers dancing in the back prep area where the food is supposed to be cooked. Started heading to the pick up the order at the mobile order pickup and saw nothing. Worker came up front and was about to take my order when I told her I was here for a mobile order pick up. Was told it would be another 25 minute wait. That is a total of a 45 minute wait. I'd bet everything that the workers didn't realize they had a mobile order come through since they were too busy dancing in the prep area. Yeah, just skip this place. They weren't busy or anything so no excuse on that one. Even if they were, 45 minutes? Really?? Get some competent workers in there that actually care about their job.

Dad and I stopped here for a very late lunch yesterday. They didn't have the pot pie he ordered, so they let him choose something else and didn't make him pay the difference, which was really nice of them. I had their version of chicken nuggets, and they were really good. The store seemed clean, and the other customers seemed comfortable and chill. It wasn't too loud or anything.

I stopped at this KFC last week, sign outside said Colonels Buffet went in to eat at the buffet and was told they no longer have it, they should take their sign down, seems like false advertisement to me. I went somewhere else to eat.

You brought the wrap back but it is terrible compared to what they were before. Got them all the time but won't be brying them now. Dry wrap and hardly any sauce or lettuce on them.
