Worst pizza hut I’ve been been to, every time I order from them they get something wrong, forget something, and when when you bring it their attention they get all rude as if it’s your fault THEY messed your order up! tip good and spend good money here for these nonsense!

i placed an online order and it said 15$ i had 20$ on my card so i payed 15$ the lady gets here and says i have a 4$ delivery fee to pay and i’m confused like i payed online why didn’t it go through so i wrote it on the receipt and i call the store and whoever i spoke to was rude as hell i probably won’t be getting food from there again.

I never have good experiences with Pizzahut, but the melts looked so good I ordered one. The crust and season were great, but the cheese and toppings were less than half of what was advertised. I'm done with Pizzahut unless they bring back the original pan crust that they used to have.

My wings were over cooked and i could barely eat them. It took them forever to get our food to us. Very disappointed.
The food was good. But, I ordered fries and boneless chicken and asked for them to arrive at the table together. The chicken arrived 10 minutes before the pizzas and the fries, 10 minutes after the pizzas.

Horrible customer service along with having hair in our food that wasnt ours..... needs better management along with better customer service... can't have a good business with horrible management/ guidance... love the food when its good not when there's hair and poor customer service... per management.... management needs to lead not show up for a pay check!!!

The pasta we ordered was not good at all. They apparently have changed the way they make it. Yuk! When we said we didn't like it they didn't offer to take it off the bill. 12.00 down the drain!
