I loved our waitress Taylor she was so welcoming and she even told us about the Blazing rewards that I always forget about and I was able to redeem a free mozzarella sticks . We will definitely be back .
We've never had a good experience with this location. Almost every time we have ordered from here, we don't receive the sauce. Eating wings is kind of miserable if you don't have anything to dip them in.You're probably better off ordering from the one on Wilmington Pike.

Look, I normally don't leave a review after every bad visit to a busy restaurant, but yesterday's visit has me never wanting to return to any BWW... ever!Our bill was $125 after tip, so you can imagine how much food we ordered...The service wasn't bad, I got that they were busy, so drink refills were overlooked, but the food was TERRIBLE! It was busy so you'd think the food would be hot and fresh but I've been thinking that maybe we got there after a rush and they had over cooked and it had been sitting to long because ALL of our wings, boneless and traditional were OLD almost COLD AND sooo DRY. The best food on the table was the cheese curds, which can't be messed up + still would taste good cold lol. This is the second visit in a row at 2 different locations now that it has been like this...Never again!
Service was "eh...". Waited 10 minutes to get seated for an empty restaurant. Food order had issues, but the items were removed from the bill. It was trivia night, so the noise level was very very high... We could hardly hear each other speak. Lesson learned.
Leslie was fantastic, food was delicious and we felt very taken care of and she was a lot of fun! We will be back definitely to this location.Kid-friendliness: There is a great kids menu and my son loved his cheese burger and French fries.
