Food pre-cooked, not even warm. Men's bathroom is disgusting, so very dirty. I think the employees use the same bathroom and then prepare our food, really. NO hot water to wash hands!! ? Floor and sink hasn't been cleaned in a very long time.

Incredibly slow. Came through the drive through at 7pm. Two cars in front of me and it’s been about 15-20 minutes. I had enough time to do this review while I waited.It’s amazing to me that BK continues to exist with their inability to get with the fast food program. I’m sure I’ll be telling my children about a restaurant that used to exist “back in the day.”

Good food and it’s hot too but at night why do they close early I’ve gone through some nights at 10:30 or 10:40 right after I get off work excited to get these new bk wraps and they never answer the intercom and when I look inside to try to see anyone there is no one to be found, cars are still in the parking lot but no one is to be found.

I’ve been here and the food is usually great. No overcooked food, unlike the McDonald’s located on Stroop. I prefer Burger King! It’s so much better. I don’t hate McDonald’s, but that location is horrible! I usually have my food DoorDashed!

This place scams you. Ordered a whopper and cheesy tots and was asked if I wanted to make it a meal, thinking this meant add a drink. Was charged $13.25, thought that was high, but paid it. As I drove off realized they gave me fries too, that they charged me for cheesy tots extra, instead of upcharging them. Went back and told them I didn't want fries, why they asked me to make it a meal if I couldn't make my cheesy tots a meal, why I would want tots and fries? The just told me tots are a side item. This is a huge lack of common sense.

Typical fast food. At this particular stop, the drive-thru attendant was more concerned with speed than quality, so she was a bit short when I was ordering.
I come by every other day for breakfast. There is a young woman working there that has two-inch nails and is handling the food. One has to wonder what is under those nails and she is handling food. She looks like a clean person but that is a little unnerving. If she has long nails she should be wearing gloves if she is preparing and handling food.

Best experience I’ve ever had anywhere. They were extremely busy but still kind and assertive. A manager from a different location was working but seemed to be on it and had fun with the crew as well!
