“First time I went, it was really nice, milk tea was very tasty, but the 2nd time I went, the person sounded very unenthusiastic, the drinks looked strange (like they added a tiny bit of coffee in both cups then filled the rest with milk tea), and the top of one cup wasn’t put on properly and spilled a bunch of tea on my shirt.“
“Samantha was our waitress (currently rocking blue hair) and she did a phenomenal job. We had some special/extra requests and she accomodated us without issue during a busy breakfast shift. Awesome job ? Food was also great, as always, though if you're a saucy biscuits and gravy person, we recommend ordering some extra gravy. ?“
“Coffee has changed. Used to have the best Caramel Machiatto! It is very bitter now. Sweet caramel is almost not there. There are so many good things to get. I frequently get their Orange Cranberry Muffin... so delicious. Bagels are always on point. No need for cream cheese on them, but still great! The pastry ring is so so yummy.Of course, their Broccoli Cheddar Soup is amazing with their baguette.Make a unique sandwich there. I like their Chibbalta bread on any sandwich.“
“I’ve only been once, but definitely deserves another trip! I went on a rainy day, which is perfect because I keep tabs on social media in case they sell out (which tends to happen) so I figured it would be a good time to go with less traffic. It turned out to be a great idea because there was a lot of selection to choose from and was able to get great recommendations. The sweet pies are good, but so are the savory! Quiche was wonderful and reheats well. Don’t miss out on this small gem!“
“Ok, I admit a degree of annoyance as we were just passing through Dayton and I thought it was taking a bit long for our meal to get to the table. Then the food arrived. Easily one of the better meals I’ve enjoyed in recent memory. I’ll come back and gladly wait for food so flavorful and carefully prepared.“
“Good place to study! I especially like grabbing a spot along the bar in the back so I can alternate sitting and standing. Good distribution of outlets, which is a necessity when studyingTheir drinks are good and reasonably priced. The pastries are okay, but the grilled cheese is incredible“
“We came here after a bad time at the doctor and discovered that both the tea and pastry offered are very, very good. The barista even asked me what I meant by "chai latte." When I told him I didn't care if it had syrup in it but what I really like is the real chai, only a little less sweet than most people drink it (I have relatives from India) that is what he made, real chai, a little less sweet than usual. This is really not the same thing as "chai latte" at all. It also takes longer to make, at least for someone with a professional barista set up going, but he did it and I really appreciated that effort.Unfortunately, I forget what tea my wife ordered, but it was also very good, a specific type of black tea with a very distinctive malty flavor. We also got a little tart to share and the pastry on that was even really good. It was as good as many things that pass for cookies and that is a long way off from what often passes for pastry, (which is really more like a technically edible container.)I bet the coffee is also good, but we didn't try that, yet. Definitely do go here for a good cafe experience, particularly if you like tea that is interesting or want to know why Paul Hollywood acts like he is expecting to enjoy eating the pastry under people's tarts. Seriously. I've had good tart pastry before this, but this is really good, and "normal" isn't.“
“This was my first visit here. I'll definitely be back! I got the Southern Tradition breakfast sandwich with both sausage and bacon. The bagels are very soft and easy to bite into. The service was friendly and the food came out very fast! I also got a muffin for later. Absolutely worth a visit.“
“The service here is excellent. Me and my husband went for breakfast. We had a fantastic time. We both got the traditional breakfast. It was great. Food tasted so good. The ambience was nice. It was peaceful and relaxing. This place is a great place to eat.“
“Extraordinary service. The team makes you feel like they're sincerely happy to see you in the shop! The chovolate strawberries are fresh every day, and I had one of the best lattees I've had in weeks here too. Stopping by here literally made my day!“
“I love coming to Reza’s, especially if I’m needing a little pick me up in the morning on the way to work. The drive thru is really nice and usually pretty quick. I typically will either get drip coffee or a macchiato. Just be careful with lattes and make sure you stir the drink or you’ll get a gulp of sweetness at the end! ?“
“Ordered 12oz hot Van. Latte, 12oz hot Mocha, The Farmer w/ham, The Lunch bagel w/ham. Not my typical coffee flavor profile, but it was delicious. We could clearly taste the fruity notes. They were out of bagels, but the sandwhiches on English muffins were tastey. Quick friendly service. Was hoping for a bigger baked goods selection .. wanted that basic choc. Chip cookie ?. Will deff. be back! This was Midtown location & had easy access for parking.“
“Breakfast special barbacoa Chilaquiles bowl is delicious and filling and other breakfast specials including desserts that came and gone where great. The kale tonic drink is very good and some other drinks they had on the menu that's gone now where very delicious. Can't remember them all. 5 stars for the cooks, management, service workers/cleanup crew. This for the First Watch in Fairborn on Colonel Glenn Thank you for making me feel at home. Luv you guys keep doing what your doing and that's being great at what you do.“
“The service is fast and friendly, the drinks are delicious, and the prices reasonable. Plus, the shop is nicely decorated. I've been enjoying the wide variety of loaded teas, and they've become my "Made It Thru The Week" treat!“
“JULIAN was the bright light in my otherwise dim morning! I had never eaten at First Watch prior to today and between health issues and nearly getting run into on my way to the restaurant let’s say my morning was not off to a great start. But after being seated and meeting him he turned it completely around. His food suggestions and desire to see my experience was nothing short of amazing, was top notch! I’ve worked in this industry for many years, from my time working at the French Laundry, Bocuse and then now with the James Beard Foundation, never have I been so impressed then I was today. I wish him all the best and hope he goes so far!“
“Premium quality food for a reasonable price. I live about 50 minutes away and never hesitate coming here. Keep up the good work!!Parking: The only thing bad about here is the parking but it is worth it. Don't miss this place if you are within a half an hour!!“
“I love this place. Staff is friendly, food is amazing and prices are pretty reasonable. I was introduced to Bourbon Street Cafe through the Pumpkin Show and I make it a point to stop here anytime I’m near Dayton. Amazing bourbon chicken served over or with a bunch of good side items. This place has my heart.“
“Wonderful old fashioned atmosphere. A truly great place to have breakfast, brunch or lunch. If you haven’t been here you are missing out on a great place to eat. I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often.Parking: Parking is easily accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility if needed“
“The only downside for me was slightly sweet sausage gravy and sausage. The egg whites were really good as were the grits.Pibb soda was good.Someone else in my group ordered the strawberry cheesecake waffles, bacon and eggs. Tried a bite and it was good. This was my first time here. The waitress was nice and told us about a lemon pound cake coming to the menu soon.Choosing was tough because im not a breakfast person. There was a cranky ,rude host who got mad when we wanted to change tables after he walked away before we could tell him we wanted to change tables. The rest of the staff tried to compensate.“
“If I'm being honest I used to frequent the downtown Dayton location and this location isn't comparable. That being said the atmosphere isn't bad but it's not a traditional relaxing coffee shop vibe. Beyond that the drinks are overall decent but my main issue is with the food menu if you can call it that. They have a really good vegetarian breakfast sandwich but you'll have to go in or drive through to get it. It isn't on any of the menus. I don't know what other food they offer or if they do as it's not online anywhere and I don't go in because as I said it's not my vibe.Vegetarian options: There's one vegetarian sandwich (not vegan, has eggs and dairy) but it is very good.Parking: Parking is located in the rear of the building.“
“This place is so cute! As a college student, I love to come here and do my homework, as the environment is very quiet and clean. The coffee is good always, and the service is amazing. The baristas always have a smile and make conversation! They also have amazing chocolate, which means it’s basically Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory. It’s just adorable.“
“Was fun and welcoming. Was treated like a regular even though I wasn't one. Karaoke Thu-Sat as of now. KJ was super nice and his setup produced good sound. Karaoke crowd was non-judgemental and featured a range of talent singing. Kitchen was closed by 9PM so they happily suggested I order delivery. I was only buying non-alcoholic drinks but the bartenders treated me well anyway. I expect to return. Parking was easy too!!“
“The veggie breakfast burrito was shockingly good. It honestly rivals the best ones I've had on the West Coast, which is no small feat for a humble little coffee stand in suburban Ohio. And to top it off the service was fantastic, everyone was really friendly and accommodating.I don't live nearby but you can bet I'll make the trip back again!“
