I was trying to place a large order for a work event, but the website was not working. When I went to the store the staff were understanding and accommodating. They all worked quickly to prepare the order. I apologized for the inconvenience, but they reassured me it was ok. Incredibly professional and courteous!

Arrived for online order. 10 minutes later, they haven't started making it. Others waiting, too. Every surface on the cook side is dirty. There are zero napkins available. The floor is dirty. The trash is overflowing.I was told my order is next. Haven't started making it. 20 minutes in, people who arrived after me are getting served while I stand here.Last time I ordered here, they ran out of the meat I ordered and replaced it with a different meat -- without asking which one I would want.I understand that the employees may not care. Who owns this nightmare?

i think they litterally hire anyone here im a regular eater at chipotle and this is the worst one in the centerville kettering area by far some staff sag their pants, some of the staff seem high and are not capible of taking simple orders, and the foods is never fresh and dont get me started on the portions at this location they half fill your bowl evertime gaureteed

On 2/21 at 5:45, history was made, as the perfect burrito bowl was prepared. It had just the right amount of everything. This location continues to outshine all others in this area.
Food is good but line was 30+ minutes long. 4 people up front with only 2 people actually working. Other 2 were pretending to work while chatting.

Went in at 9pm when they dont close till 11 and they had all the chairs up for the night and tgey were out of chicken, steak, guac, cheese, chips, and queso.
