I feel every time we come here the service gets worse. We’ve never been greeted upon arrival, ever. This is clearly a bar for a specific demographic - not younger people, to put it nicely. We placed an order over the phone for pick up after trying to reach them for half an hour, which is pretty normal for this bar. One time, I had to physically go in to place my order because the bartender said she didn’t realize the phone was on mute - never heard it ringing. I had just had surgery (this place is across the street from where we live so it’s convenient). Anyways, today we were told it was a 20 to 25 minute wait for our food. So we arrived there about 30 minutes after placing our order and waited at least 10 minutes to even be greeted or spoken to. We told them we were picking up an order, it took her another 10 minutes to go get the food from the back, all the while she’s serving other people drinks and blatantly ignoring us. Keep in mind, it’s 4p, the TVs are blaring loud, can’t even hold a conversation with the person next to you, there’s only like 10 people in this place. What’s the hold up? There was another lady behind the bar who was washing cups and placing wet cups on top of one another only to then put those wet stacked cups on another stack of clean cups… That can’t possibly be sanitary. The whole ordeal was just that… An ordeal. Once we got our food and opened it at home we realized the burgers were cooked well done (if not more than that, one glance and we could tell they were burnt to a crisp) normally they ask how we want it cooked. Plus it’s like they charge different amounts every time we go - show me a receipt break down for once. It wasn’t a good experience, I really wouldn’t recommend any person I know personally to go to this place. Go to Elsa’s if you’re looking for a good bite to eat and/ or a quick drink! Because Harrigans will make you wait forever only to get the worst service of your life. I understand that this is a privately owned business, but I really think they need to reevaluate who they have hired on here because it’s a joke.

Customer service is horrible. Do not pay your bill with a credit or debit card because they will charge a 3% service fee and won't even tell you. It is "disclosed" on the front door but who reads that stuff when you enter. This practice is deceptive. They tell you the price, bring you the bill, but then add a surcharge hoping that you don't notice. Even the server told us everyone complaints about this but they keep doing it. The new owner said that this practice was already in place when he took over the business. I won't be back.

The kitchen was closed by the time we got there, 10:00. The club music was way too loud. I couldn’t talk to my wife and left with a headache. Would of stayed longer if they had food and the club music wasn’t so loud.

Went last Friday for lunch. They have a great lunch special! I got the pizza and my husband got the meatloaf sliders. He said his was so much food! I like that their beer is very cold. The girl working behind the bar was very nice! I believe they even sometimes have sangria and the flavors rotate. I would love to try that some time! Definitely going to visit again!
Went for trivia. Had a blast! We also ate and the food was delicious. Our waitress was Vanessa and she was the best!!! Will definitely be back.

Willie was our server and she was super friendly! Our table tried the pepperoni pizza, Italian sub, BLT sandwich, and chicken wings. Everything was really good and the food came out fast and hot! The prices were very reasonable and I would definitely come back again!
