Hot head burritos is a good place to eat. Good serving portions, the food tastes good. I recomend it basiclly make it how you want it.

It is o.k. Sometimes it is fantastic, other times it is very so-so. The meat, especially the chicken, is very bland & needs marinated to be more flavorful.

I have been going to this hot head for about 10 years now. I have knows just about every store manager an shift leads there have been. I stoped coming to this store for a while a little over a year ago because the workers were rude an the food just wasn't good. Ever since Stef has taken over the stores it's always clean, the food is always hot an delicious. If there is ever a problem stef always takes care of it. Her team is great(Charlene an Josh are amazing) this is the only store my family will come to.Kid-friendliness: My children love this hothead store!!

First time going to this location and it was a very mixed experience. The overweight blonde girl that was working the register and her glasses wearing friend were straight up hostile to me and my family while we were attempting to pay for our meal. I understand people make mistakes, and was trying very hard to be reasonable with both ladies but their attitudes and spiteful nature were awful to deal with. They need to retrain the blond because she initially made the mistake with my total and mischarged me. But the glasses chick was absolutely rude and WOULD NOT be patient AT ALL as both me and my friend tried to explain the blond chicks mistake. The food was good and the guy they had working was SO POLITE and very sweet to my son, but those girls...awful service. Awful experience. Will never use this location again personally.

I DO NOT recommend this Smithville location! Definitely not delivery! I order from Doordash all the time. Food is always there, except when I order from this hot heads! 3 out of the 4 times stuff is missing! This time half my order was missing!! If you look thru all my reviews I never complain or give bad reviews so that should tell you something! I also want to say, I understand people are human, but when I call up there and kindly let them know about it the same little blonde shift manager always gets on the defensive with me being super rude, doesnt offer to remake it and give me a dessert or something for my trouble of having to now drive up there when i work full time and am in school full time or even just offer to remake it and saying oh I made that myself everything was there. Well this bag is tied so tight and 3 times!? Only you too?? Only hot heads? Despite the multiple orders I make on a weekly basis! I don't buy it and that is terrible customer service!
Terrible service lately from this location and I've been overcharged multiple times now for tiny portions. They give you 30 grains of rice and demand an upcharge for 30 more? Nah I'll go somewhere else.Plenty of better locations.

What had me stopped going there was that you didn't get what you pay for. I ordered a chicken bowl and what I got was rice that only covered half the bowl. When they put the chicken on they only put half of the chicken in the spoon then the rest back in the container. Just a little bit of the corn salsa and a little sour cream. It looked like it was for the half bowl instead of the full size bowl. Also this is not the 1st time it happen or the 2nd time. So I stopped wasting my time and money and just go to chipotle instead.

Blonde girl named Stephanie very rude. Does not give you the correct portion size wants to charge you for extras that aren't even extra. The location at Smithville has really went downhill!! Unfortunately I think this is the last time at this location for us. I'm going to have to drive just a little bit farther for better service and better food quality. Really disappointed!!!!

I'm used to Hot Heads being pretty decent. It's like chipotle so it should be good; right? went into this one not expecting muchbut dang it was bad. Dude at the line was stoned out of his mind. Kept his mouth open the whole time. couldn't figure out what he was doing and just seemed confused. He gave me the steak serving a 6 month old child would eat. I'm not joking it was about a tablespoon. I asked for more and he said if I wanted more I needed to get two scoops. He half served me on everything else. I didn't want to be rude so I paid for it. About $12. Anyway I will never go to this location again.
