Only went for Italian cheesy bread, knew it would be a wait so tried to order online. It's not on the menu, tried to call ahead, no one answers. Physically went, waited 25 minutes and when I got it home and opened it, both boxes were over cooked. Not near as enjoyable and ended up not saving any leftover like we always do.

I ordered food online at 5:42pm and it said it would be ready at 6:18. I waited till 8:30 and still no food. My ordered didn’t get done till 10:04. I did not get my food and I haven’t received a credit. There were probably 10-15 people in the store waiting for their food.

Came in stood at register for 30 minutes listening to employees joking and laughing I was just trying to get a hot and ready pizza for my hungry kids stared at three of the pizzas in the case 45 minutes go by still nobody had greeted me or helped me at the register kids are crying now because we left without pizza. Because nobody ever helped us.

The early evening crew from about 3:30 and on is understaffed and slow. Now I primarily blame this on management and ownership. Garbage restaurant as a doordasher do not pick up orders in the store . Recently I waited 30 minutes for an order and this time I waited 25 and it still wasn't ready so I just unassigned and left.
Please close this place down service and food is terrible I will continue to make

never have change. went to pay with a 50 and he told me know because he didn’t have change. it was an even amount. he still would have had to give me change if i had a 20. horrible business model.
