I'm done with this papa johns. 3 orders in a row that was done through their website and then facilitated through door dash and all 3 forgot the 2 liter. I'm just done. Papa johns sucks. Using door dash sucks. I don't know if that's a corporate or franchisee decision but whomever decided that, that person sucks. Easily the worst pizza place in this immediate area.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We had a 55 min delivery. Sweet, the delivery tracker showed they were 3 minutes away. Then POOF, delivery tracker pushed us another 30 minutes past the 55 minutes it had already been. Our pizza box had snow all over it. Didn't melt though....cause the pizza was cold an hour ago. Both garlic butters had been opened, spilled all over and then congealed. This is our last bad experience with PAPA JOHNS. I recommend eating from a dumpster over eating ANY Papa Johns.

Absolutely terrible experience, I ordered initally for delivery and was fine with the 30 minute wait time but I waited 40 minutes for them to cancel the order with zero message back to me notifying me why. Do not order this is not the first time I have had issues with this location, Customer service is terrible and employees are rude.
Fast service and nice ppl. Pizza sauces are very small. Pizza toppings to crust level was horrible. Crust was dry. The best part was the wings and cheesy bread. Total for 2 mediums, wings, and bread about 30 with 6.99 deal.

I Ordered a cheese steak pizza and whoever made it, put meat meet on 2 slices of pizza and the rest was just a cheese pizza. Slices were not really cut. And the person I picked my food up from seemed like they were on something. Waste of

Horrible experience ! I odered a pizza an hour before close. I called an hour after I ordered to see where my pizza was. They were closed but the manager told me that Papa’s call center is in the Phillipines(??) and that there were a lot of problems with it. Manager refused to make my pizza and deliver it since “ they were now closed.” My first experience and my last. Papa’s is too lame to pay people in our country a livable wage to take pizza orders ! And they don’t care if you get your food.
