I met the owner of this food truck at Cabinet of Curiosities last evening. Turns out, it's my buddy Pat, from way back!! The food truck was closed, but after seeing the food they cook up on Pat's phone, I can't wait to take my wife in there for a meal. It should also be noted that Pat is about the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet, so it warms my heart to see all these good reviews. Porchfest. They were "closed" but scraped up 2 tacos for me. Gave me 3 bonus wings as it was the end of their shift. Truthfully, wasn't expecting the best food as it was obviously the last food that was available, but the tacos were absolutely delicious and the wings were the best wings I've ever had. That's a bold statement as I'm a huge fan of wings and have had so many different flavors/styles...but honestly I was floored. I will search you out at events from this day forward. Keep up the good work.
