Overpriced bland food. Sushi was decent, but not enough to save the meal. Service was not great.

Looking for Korean food in Dayton, this checked off a number of boxes I was looking for. The bulgogi is amazing and the side items went very well with the entree. Also highly recommend the bulgogi dumplings. Will definitely come back next time I find myself in

The food was fine, but the value was terrible. I feel like I have been scammed. I had a 200 dollar meal at the korean bbq section. The pork belly and beef combo #1 gives 3 thick pieces of bacon and about 1/3 pound of beef marinated in sauce. I would say about 2/3 pound of meat for 50 dollars. The lady said side dishes could be refilled twice for free, but she didn't refill any of them. My guest and I were both still hungry after the first order of korean bbq meats and I figured we're already here, lets just finish eating now. We ordered a second helping of meat. I will never return. This place was never fantastic and now it has greedily robbed me.

Kalbee was very good but was a bit tough, we weren't asked how we wanted it cooked, bulgogi was a little on the dry side and the little traditional side dishes were pretty nice. Rice was nice and sticky . Matcha bubble tea was perfect sweetness level, monkey brain was delicious and very satisfying. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because we came in and were sat at a normal table. Nothing was mentioned about the grill being at different tables and we weren't asked if we wanted a normal table or a grill. Service was decent. I recommend getting the kalbee but cooking it yourself to your liking.a bit dissatisfied with the experience due to the lack of communication with the grill tables but other than that it was decent

My opinion about my experience is that this wasn’t the best, but not the worst Korean food. Went in around 7:15 last night. Got seated immediately which was nice. After about 10 minutes got our orders taken, I got bulgogi, my wife got a spicy seafood tofu soup. The food didn’t come out for about 30-40 minutes, which I think is pretty common for Korean food, especially when being made fresh. I was disappointed to see the portion size of my bulgogi. It looked like a lunch portion size for $26. Other Korean restaurants I’ve been to have had larger portions for lower prices, and the flavor and quality are the same. I Didn’t think it was worth it. My wife’s soup was lacking spiciness, but otherwise okay. The food wasn’t bad by any means, but it was disappointing to see such small portions when you are paying $20+ per person. Other than that the service was lacking. The waitress took our order then disappeared for the 35 minutes we waited for the food to arrive, after receiving the food the waitress disappeared again for 30-45 minutes only to come back and ask if we were ready for the check. No asking about how the meal was, no asking if we wanted any refills, nothing about to go boxes, just pay your bill and gtfo. I probably should have stuck to the sushi, since most of the reviews I read are about how great that is. If I go back I’ll give it a try.

My spicy korean soup was not hot or very spicy so the egg yolk stayed raw. Bulgogi was ok, but the onions made up half of the portion. Waited 35 minutes to receive food. Korean side dish portions were small for 2 people and atypical. Service wasn’t very good - getting our order, water and the check. It’s hard finding a nice Korean restaurant in Dayton. I tried this place because the reviews are good, but maybe it’s mostly about the sushi?

A group of us went here and ordered different meals. We all left feeling like it was just okay food. They really nickel and dime you if you ask for gochujang or lettuce. I've never been to a place that charges for the spicy red bean paste with bulgolgi. The server was outstanding, very knowledgeable and personable. The atmosphere was good as well. It could have been better but I might give it another chance.
