Spent 45 minutes trying to put a order on the app called the store and they wouldn't take the order call DoorDash and wait 1/2 hour while they drive around and pay to much for delivery was there solution mine is screw subways everywhere no more 2 or3 times a week ordering for 2Kid-friendliness: Friendly there app or not being able to take orders isn't there fault sou ds like owner thing

Store needs remodeled bad. There is a dirty sewage smell that hits you in the face as soon as you walk through the doors. The women’s bathroom smells even worse. Loose tiles on the floor. I feel terrible for the workers there always working open to close because the owners are too lazy to hire new people or work a shift themselves. Sure they close early sometimes or open late, put yourselves into these poor workers shoes. There are two ladies there that always offer the best service and make our food correctly and with patience and kindness. I was informed the owners keep their credit card tips as well. Corporate needs to step in and take over this store so their employees aren’t being overworked and stolen from. Owners are too greedy to accept coupons. I only return to this location for the great service & to give cash tip the employees, but someone higher up needs to step in ASAP.Vegetarian options: Only veggie option is a salad or veggie delight sandwich.

No public restrooms what kind of restaurant doesnt provide a bathroom for patrons. So i took my business to penn station. Writing this in the bathroom as we speak because they let me use it and care about thier patrons.

I was very disappointed today with this Subway. Generally, all Subways are the same, but there are exceptions due to poor management or ownership. I ordered two foot longs and noticed how skimpy the person was with the toppings. I didn't say anything because I had a current "buy one footlong and get one free" coupon. When she rang up the order, I presented the coupon, upon which she informed me "We don't accept THAT coupon". At that point I had a choice of not getting one of the footlongs or paying full price. I paid full price and checked on the way out if there were any signs alerting patrons that they do not accept THAT coupon. Of course they were none. There are plenty of Subways around, just don't go to this one.
Five out of five times I was not able to get a sandwich very close to my house so which would be convenient if there were people working inside the last two times I’ve went I said at the counter for over 10 minutes and nobody even comes up time before that I went in at 7:30 says they close at 10 door was open but they told me they were close not making any more sandwiches time before that I had an issue with an employee we had him miss understanding on the meet and he lost his cool and started slamming stuff most unprofessional business I have ever been to in my life I will be contacting corporate and I will also be trying to buy the store now good luck
