This Starbucks inside Kings Island is fast, air conditioned out of the heat for a nice hot coffee indoors, and there's loads of tables. Your entire family can relax and plan out your next roller coaster to conquer. We stopped here several times while the older kids ran all over the park and we enjoyed sipping some new coffee creations!

Was very surprised, the prices were the same as if you walked into a Starbucks that was not inside of king's island about the service and quality of coffee and food were the same as any other Starbucks. It nice to see a Starbucks inside of kings island?

They charge $6 for a cup of water. Absolutely ridiculous. My husband got a $7 drink I’m not paying $6 for water. The lady behind us wanted water with her kings islans drink package and they said no water it has to be a specialty drink??? Why is water so sacred here?!?

I went to order my normal drink as i do when I go to any Starbucks and the people making the drink was rude as I tried to explain my drink combination to them the drink maker was still rude and show attitude the manger didn’t do anything unfortunately this is my family’s first time at this particular Starbucks and our first time at kings island as it’s my sons bday so we’re just celebrating, my family and have decided not to return to this location if we choose to visit kings island again

We were in yesterday and received wonderful service from the cashier, Rachel. She has excellent knowledge of the menu and dietary needs and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! Very kind and helpful- she deserves recognition!

Another junk Starbucks…. The test of coffees was horrible and the staff was young, untrained and confused ?
I was not impressed with this Starbucks. The barista that was on the register was really rude when ordering and charged me for water. Starbucks does not charge for water but this one decided to and put it under the tea option on the receipt. I would not recommend this location!

Well - as a former (pre-college) Starbucks Barista and Manager, it's not up to par with a typical Mid-West Starbucks. Likely because the training is not as intense, but more likely that it's hard to retain talent and develop employees while keeping up with the 30 minute never ending line that your local Starbucks doesn't experience. They don't act like they hate their job, but I can tell you my second Tall Almond Flat White did not taste the same as the first one hahaha!

End of the night, I get it, your employees are moody and want to go home. But come on.. I bought 3 drinks and asked for a large ice water because we all know Starbucks triple filtered ice water is the best. The kid said "we can't give out water in these cups, we have bottled water over there." I would've gladly paid for a venti water. While I was at the end of the bar waiting, a kings island security staff member comes up and asked the other kid for a large ice water. Yep,, in a venti cup. The employee GIVES IT TO HIM . I was livid. I said why are you allowed to have ice water but not me? He said sorry and laughed. Then the Starbucks employee continued to toss straws to customers on the wet bar, making the straw paper instantly wet and gross. A pretty sad experience for this former Starbucks employee. Do better y'all.
