This morning.April 10th, at 7:30. The person had 3 patrons including myself and my daughter. He was very grouchy. He gave us a death stare when it was our turn to order..There was no "good morning, what can I get you" it was so off-putting that we wanted to walk a way..but because we are kind..we didn't want to be THOSE PEOPLE..we spent $15 on 2 beverages the hot one was room temperature and the cold one came in a broken cup that leaked at the counter, and they didn't take the initiative to correct it. The coffee was diluted.It was cold for a hot cup of coffee and my daughter's drink was leaking all over her clothes all over the car.She had to throw it away.A seven dollar beverage went into the garbage because of unhappy staff mate , who had to be the opening person.To my understanding, you should never open the door for business unless you are fully equipped with attitude ambience tools resources.The person still had their pack back and their headphones while they were fixing.The drinks which tells me they weren't prepared shameful.

I am a repeat regular because this place is that good. It is a large enough space to host maybe 30-40 patrons (don't quote me on that) with multiple seating areas and a cozy couch setup. The staff is AMAZING - they are always kind and happy whenever we stop in.The most important thing is their coffee which is fabulous. They weren't joking around when they named this place Caffeine - you will be awake and ready for the day after a cup from here. I favor the honeybee latte and the lavender vanilla.And their croissant sandwiches? Yes. You need one. There's savory, there's sweet, there's delicious flakey goodness in every bite. There's something for everyone.AND AND AND you get points when you stop by - associated by phone number - and earn free drinks and even a $20 store credit.Add Caffeine to your local coffee shop rotation. You won't regret it!Parking: If you can't park on the street, go to the parking lot behind the Geiger's clothing store. Huge lot (pay on weekdays, free on weekend's and evenings like a 2009 phone plan). It is a short walk to the shop. You can also go to the garage behind Caffeine - turn down St. Charles and it is on the right hand side after Master's Pizza.Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids, sure!
I just love this place. I come here pretty much everyday with my friends and we just absolutely enjoy it. The food, the coffee, everything tastes so delicious and fresh. The croissant pastries aren’t overly sweet, yet they’re still so delicious, flaky, and fluffy. The coffee is better than any St*rb*cks or dunkin could ever be. The nicest people are here too. The service is super fast and friendly. Caffeine has became our safe space pretty much, and we always look forward to coming here every time. We are never sick of it, you guys are just that amazing. Thank you guys.

The girl with the green hair used to be nice but now she’s just outright RUDE!!!!!! Food was delicious as usual. But because she slammed our food into the bag we had to put it all back together.
