A one of a kind restaurant. It was extra busy tonight and Arden, the manager, did an incredible job keeping everything moving. Thanks, see you soon.

It is a nice place. Food and cocktails are very good. It's clean. My only negative is that it is very loud when at peak times. Hard to have a consersation.

Ordered the Avocado toast for take out. Normally I’m not one to complain, but to pay nearly $15 for 3 bites of avocado? Did a toddler make this? The photo explains enough. Very disappointed.

This one truly hurts. I went to forage a few Saturdays and had the best experience. The drinks were incredible, the duck fat chicken wings were great, the calamari was good ( needed more of the sauce), the chicken sandwich was incredible. It felt like a fantastic value and taste. Two weeks later I went back and the experience wasn't good. We got there at prime dinner time and sat at the bar. The food took a long time and once it arrived I was well on my way to feeling those beverages. I ordered the short rib and mushroom risotto and it was not good. The rice was crunchy and undercooked. This seemed so off base from the first experience that my partner and I decided we wouldn't hold it again them, everyone is entitled to bad days.We went back a third time last week and unfortunately that is the end for me. The entire experience was consistently disappointing. My cup for a cocktail was consistently sticky and appeared to be unclean, the duck fat wings that were so incredible the first time tasted like they sat in the window for a while, while one half of the wings had still cold sauce poured on top. The most disappointing was the short rib and risotto. I ordered it again to give another chance and my broccoli crowns were still frozen and inedible and the short rib sauce may have been A1 from GFS.Unfortunately it appears that management has very low standards as I saw who appeared to be the only manager hanging out/flirting at the bar but never interacted with patrons and was no where to be found when I sent my food back and asked for the bill.

The atmosphere was cozy and our server was nice. The food was not good.My husband ordered the pork shank ragu - and it desperately needed salt. The pappardelle tasted like chewy nothing.I ordered the butternut squash ravioli - 2 minutes later our waiter came back to tell me they were out of that. So I ordered the Forage Triple Mac and cheese with marinated chicken on the fly. 25 minutes later Mac & cheese with hot fried chicken was delivered to our table. I hate complaining about anything ever and always eat whatever is delivered, but I also cannot eat hot sauce. So I flagged down our server to let them know I ordered marinated chicken and they said they were so sorry. That’s how they rang it in and the kitchen wasn’t paying attention. They would fix it. 15 minutes later Mac & cheese with plain fried chicken was delivered. I was starving and didn’t have the heart to tell them again that my order was wrong. It like my husbands meal was vastly under salted. There was no real taste or sharpness to the cheese.Forage is a well know Lakewood staple I’ve wanted to check out for a long time, but over all I was very disappointed. When the bill came it was just under $100 for a pretzel, 2 drinks, and 2 entrees (which listed *fried* chicken with the Mac, not marinaded) that weren’t even good was disappointing. The atmosphere and server were nice and that’s the only reason I’m giving a 2* review. Please done waste your only date night away from the kids here.

The sauce the mussels were in tasted funny. The entree portions were kind of small and the food wasn’t exactly hot when it came out. My sisters sandwich was cold and my pirogies were small and I was still hungry when I left. The beer was almost room temperature too. Not like it was a horrible dining experience just pretty mediocre and there were some discrepancies too. Probably won’t come back. It was just okay.

We can't thank Forage enough for hosting our after work retirement party. Karim the manager was very accommodating and his staff was excellent. All of the appetizers were great and the party room was a hit. Thanks so much Karim!!

One of my favorite dinner spots in NE Ohio. Amazing food every single time. Bartender made amazing mocktails for us & service is normally good too.

Our server ,Jess was very sweet ,helpful and friendly. We happen upon this place just by accident. We are very glad that we did. The food was very good very reasonable. I got the BLT with fries and my husband got the beef Wellington pierogies and it was less than $50. Everything on the menu is local. And they tell you so on the menu where it came from.

The food at Forage was absolutely delicious. I don't think anyone in our party was disappointed. They denote gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan on their menu so this truly is a place anyone can find something they can eat. I got the cauliflower tacos and I could have eaten a million of them. Give this place a shot!

Great service and atmosphere! Food was delicious, especially the vegan cauliflower and OH beef burger (with sautéed mushrooms and pickled jalapeños). Drinks and the espresso martinis are 10/10! Great for groups too.

We went out to celebrate my friends engagement and I don't think I've ever had such poor service. I worked in the service industry for many years and completely understand Saturday nights can be a doozy. It was clear our server was either in the weeds and didn't want to ask for help or out of his element. After he brought the wrong drinks to the table it took him 45 min to finally bring my friend her beer. Then another 10 min to bring the glass she requested. The food took about an hour and when we asked for ketchup we had to wait another 15 min. My other friend never even got her food and we had to flag him down just have him check on it. In the end my friend who got the wrong beer and then had to wait for her correct beer was charged for both beers! When I complained he took the check and after another 15 min removed the beer she didn't drink but kept the beer she had to wait for. It was overall extremely disappointing. Although the food was tasty we were all so distracted by who had a drink and who was still waiting and who got their food or condiments and who still needed their items that it didn't even feel worth it. We got in the car and all agreed we probably won't go back.

This was our first time and we will go back. The tacos were very flavorful and the beet salad with salmon was delicious. Our service was excellent and there were no delays getting our food. We got the mussels. They tasted good, but there was minimal broth. We prefer to eat them the traditional way using the shell with some broth.

If you read any reviews stating slow service. It might be because they cook the food to perfection and plate it with pride!! The food is excellent, the staff is nice. Great atmosphere. They don't have flavored coffee creamers or iced coffee. Just a little psa. I would go back to try other brunch menu items. 1 adjustment, wish they used chicken breasts instead of thighs for chicken and waffles.
