Hit and miss. Don't order the "bread and olives" entree its two tiny pieces of bread and a goblet filled with 50 olives.

So… came with my wife and we absolutely loved the atmosphere and overall vibe of the place, including the indoor and outdoor seating. However, we came for happy hour during prime time busy hours and there was one spot at the bar so my wife took the seat and I stood behind. Our bartender took our order essentially without saying a word. The simple margarita took approximately 17 minutes to make. Which isn’t terrible right. BUT the major problem was in the meantime I decided to take a few walks both outside and inside and all around. I passed the hostess stand several times, passed busy areas, and in the process passed at LEAST 15+ different employees. NO ONE said a word to me as a customer that most likely looked lost. Not one. FINALLY as the bar cleared out and we were the only ones there the bartender finally said something to us and we finally received waters (mind you we were there for an hour at this point). Simple but very meaningful tip: be overwhelmingly outgoing or nice to customers as it will ruin the entire experience as well as the restaurant as a whole.

The wine and dine is a great early week dinner option.

Not as it once was. Looks like the menu hasn't changed it quite a while. My picatta was just a salty mess. Mushy broccoli florets and dry chicken reminds me of cafeteria food.

The service was not okay....food wait time was too long. Our seats was moved and no one would give us silverware nor glasses for water. We waited about 10 minutes prior to receiving the glasses and silverware. Others around us received better service. The wait time for us receiving food and drinks were longer than the people sitting around us Honestly, the best employees were the guys in valet.

My sister lives in Cleveland and on Friday evening a group of friends and family from out of town drove in to celebrate her bachelorette weekend. There had been heavy snow early in the day, so we called the restaurant ahead of time to ask what time they closed. We were told that the weather wouldn't impact their hours and they would be open until 11. Our group of 6 arrived at 9:30 for dinner and it was clear they wanted to close early and go home. We received the worst service I think I've ever had at what I would normally consider a "nice" restaurant. The restaurant had a few people at the bar but otherwise it was dead. After standing at the hostess stand for a while we were greeted with "the kitchen is closing soon so you'll all have to order quickly". The waiter forgot half our order, his personality was cold and dry, and when he brought the bill, everything was charged wrong too. You would think on a slow night they'd be happy to have patrons, but I suppose they don't really need the business. They were just outright rude. A terrible way to kick off our girls' weekend in Ohio. As for the quality of the food... bland and boring. I'm not sure if the food was unimpressive because they didn't care to even serve us, or this is the standard quality; but disappointing would be the overall description of this place.

Had an Igloo table. Cool idea but small and the heaters are right over your shoulders. It was hot on your head and shoulders but everyone's feet were frozen. Food was poor. Chicken picatta was really bad. Sauce was good, but the chicken was just cut, not pounded out, just a dry lump . breading just fell off and it was very overcooked. Tasted like reheated food. The Blackened Grouper wasn't Blackened at all. Mushy and wet. The mushroom preciutto "sp" pizza was sad . It looked like they just threw the Meat on after it was cooked. Thick slices like lunch meatOn top. Unbelievable. The waiter seemed new or just struggling. All of the food was brought out uncovered through the long outdoor patio.so, everything was cold. I mean cover it! It was almost snowing! Luckily I was there with a wonderful group. But overall very disappointed with the restaurant. Most likely would never return.

A nice little gem in Lakewood. It’s nice and clean in the inside. It gives me a mom and pop restaurant vibes. Small but cute. The outside where they have the igloos at were beautiful. You have to book 2 months in advance if you want to sit outside and have dinner in the igloos. The food was delicious. I mean I had no complaints at all. The Harvest salad was so good omg. I had the seared salmon with garlic mashed potatoes, and a squash and zucchini mix. When I tell you the prices are reasonable and the service was amazing. I will definitely be coming back here. I gotta put them in my top 5. I would highly recommend this restaurant plus it’s cute if you wanna go out with your friends or a date night with your significant other.

Dinner came out cold, broccoli was almost frozen and potatoes were ice cold. Burgers had shredded cheese instead of regular cheese and were cold and hard.

The atmosphere and service was excellent, but the food was not as good as I expected. We had dinner in one of the igloos, which was festive and cozy, the waitress (I think she said her name was Pebbles?) was fantastic! She was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The mozzarella and calamari was delicious, but the beef medallions were not good at all, the gravy tasted like brown gravy with a lot of salt in it and I ordered my meat medium well and it was definitely rare. My husband said his scallops tasted ok, but he was not blown away, and my kids shared the Chicken Piccata which was mediocre, but I did like the mashed potatoes. I just didn't feel like the quality of food was worth the large price tag. I would probably return for the atmosphere, but only order appetizers and drinks.

A LOT of issues to cover here - but as mediocre an experience it was, the MOST unimpressive part is that I have written two emails to this restaurant to let them know our thoughts and they haven't even given us the courtesy of a reply. I guess they feel the cheap bottle of sparkling wine the embarrassed waiter gave us as an apology when we left would suffice.I reserved an igloo for for a party of six after spending a lot of time looking online - my biggest mistake was not reading reviews first. Igloo dining was a new experience for all of us but what we thought would be fun for celebrating two birthdays. Pictures and menus looked great. The restaurant looked warm and inviting while we waited in the bar. The courtyard looked pretty with lots of twinkling lights and lit-up igloos. It was raining heavily which made it even prettier. My first impression when walking inside the igloo was that it was way smaller than I had imagined or than it appeared on the website. It was a large round table for six and a pretty tight fit with the two portable heaters. The "floor" was gravel. My second impression was that it was hardly decorated for the season at all, except for about 8 small Christmas balls hanging from the ceiling over the middle of the table. White tablecloth, no centerpiece, nothing. NO music. They did have a speaker you could hook an iPhone up to which we did.The heaters were either too hot for the people sitting directly with their back to them, or not hot enough if you happened to be on the other side of the igloo. None of that really mattered however because during the course of the two hours we had the igloo for we lost power no less than six times, which off course knocked out the heaters also. And quickly turned the igloo from cold to colder. The response to the loss of power (no doubt a breaker problem) wasn't exactly speedy and we almost resorted to calling the restaurant to let them know it happened again. The evening only became more interesting when condensation began to form inside the igloo, dripping off the plastic and onto the back and arm of my sister who was sitting at the far side facing the door flap. It got worse as the evening went on and then started dripping on my niece's head. The food was mediocre. The stroganoff was made with spaghetti/linguine pasta instead of flat noodles. The Caeser salads were not quite crispy with little dressing on them, appetizers were very good, desserts and coffee were also really good. Drinks were way too pricey. Chardonnay selection was "meh."Our waiter (whose name escapes me) was the best part of the evening. He gave us great service, was very apologetic each time we lost power, and did give us a bottle of sparkling wine to take home to take some of the sting out of the evening ... though it had no impact whatsoever after failing to receiving even the smallest apologetic response to my two attempts via email to let the restaurant know about our experience. The final insult was our bill which including the 20% gratuity was around $525 for a much less than spectacular time. Our waiter truly did the best he could given the power outtages and the rain.Sadly, what could have a very memorable experience ended up being so, but for all the wrong reasons. They need to spend some money fixing the electrical issues, doing some serious decorating, list the size of the igloos on the website, and see what can be done about additional sealing wherever the water is coming in or condensation is forming on the inside of the igloo.I've already been told I'm not in charge of next year's December celebrations! Can't say I blame them.

We did one of the igloo dinners. It was such a fun experience. The service was great and the food was very good. Such a fun way to mix up dinner and enjoy a more intimate dinner with friends.
