This was the biggest, most unique Malley’s I’ve been to before! Big store area for any gifts you need, but there’s a whole ice cream bar and seating area too! You can order desserts from a menu and have a server bring it out to you. Our server was so nice and helpful with our order. This is a great spot for a date or when you need a last second gift.Vegetarian options: It’s a ton of ice cream so definitely vegetarian-friendly!
So cute here. My first date ever when I was like 12 was here, and when I was younger I had a birthday party at this location. Delicious chocolate, very nice service. I will say that one of the cashier's was a little slow, and was directing people to the other register that was clearly not being manned by anyone as she was wrapping stuff up. Gets busier around easter, obviously, but there is a good reason. I will forever get the coconut easter eggs, they are so good! On a regular basis, the pretzel chocolate bar is the best. Small shop, so it doesnt take much time to get a look at the selection.

There is a reason people love this chocolate made in Cleveland. Locals know. People who moved love it for gifts. If you want a handmade chocolate this is the place to get it or a gift for a woman or man.. I highly recommend this place. Made a good friend smile and cry when I got a small gift from here.

This trip was a little different than normal because we got to meet Mr O'Malley. Well I should say two out of our three people he only talked to two people. But still a very nice person.The service was tremendous there were so many workers that we didn't wait for anything.The ice cream was fabulous.Only gay four stars for atmosphere as could have used a little tidying up but they were working on it as we were there.

I got a toasted coconut milkshake and the ice cream itself to me wasn’t as sweet as I thought that it would be, but the coconut and chocolate pieces that were in it gave it the right amount of sweetness that it needed. I would try another ice cream though. The inside was really open and clean and smelled amazing. Lots of different chocolate choices to choose from even from gummy candy to rock candy. I will be bringing my kids next time. I like the nice open space of the building. Like a kid in a candy store lol
