I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for a 1 burger and a 1 medium size fries on a Sunday afternoon (from 4:12pm-4:42pm). I cannot comprehend how nonfunctional this particular establishment is and remains open. They need to stop having people pull around to wait for a drive thru order because it only works if the staff is efficient and competent.

The sign says someone named Jason is the owner. He needs to send his people to the same customer service camp that chic fil a uses. His staff is inefficient, unprofessional and ghetto. Part of my order was cold and when I told the young person bringing out bags she stated they were understaffed. Not my problem! After having me wait at the extra window she then states I was instructed by someone inside to come in because there was a backup on fries. NO! I already waited long enough in the first place. At this point I just left because I didn't want them to prepare anything else for me. Sir you need to train your staff better.
Never been to a fast food restaurant that takes your money and makes you wait 15 minutes for two sandwiches with 1 other person in line. I arrived with 1 other person in the drive through and left when all the parking spots were filled and no one was getting an order, about 15 minutes. The person in front of me still didn’t get theirs by the time I just drove away and I still didn’t have the food. Don’t bother - this franchise is a cash grab.
