Spoke with Love Gallergher who said she was the general manager. I ask for owner information she refused. Messed up my order refused to give me my money back told me they would give me discount on next order. I should not have to pay for food i will not eat. She told me it's a bar and hard to hear orders. She very rude and unprofessional and I'd like the owner to reach out. I will be contacting better business bureau as well. She is white and I'm black believe race plays a part. I ask love does she go out and pay for incorrect food and she ended the call. Told me mistake was minimum and would not refund! She had a entitled Karen moment!John it says your the owner reach out!

Had a great time last night. Aunt Mary heard the servers were very fast and efficient. Always came back and filled her drinks. Didn't have to wait too long for our meal. Everything was great. I ordered the Turkey club. It said that it's supposed to be mile high stacked. But I was a little disappointed because there wasn't much meat. On The turkey club I told the waiter and she did bring more turkey out!Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian options!

Merry Arts is a legendary Lakewood bar. Patty’s tacos (Mon. & Thurs.) with fresh fried shells are special, especially at $2.50 each! Patty and her sister do an awesome job. Love this place.

Gave it shot while in town and had an amazing steak dinner for a great price. Bartenders were very sweet and responsive and the bar back James or Jake was so kind to me and my husband and brought our dog a bowl of water. We’ll definitely be making a stop every time we visit Cleveland!

I've been here several times and the service is hit or miss. Recently it's felt like no one even notices when you come in, no greeting, and it takes a while to get service. Food is over priced but I do appreciate the BOGO burger Wednesdays, the Impossible burger is always really good. Nice atmosphere, great location.Vegetarian options: They have the impossible burger and if I'm remembering correctly, some type of caprese sandwich that's pretty good.
