It felt like it took forever... employees had no motivation... so much so.. I felt a Lil depressed after ... some of that energy was overwhelming... I don't usually leave bad reviews... I think they were just having a unpleasant day... I'll have to go again... but the food... mmm the sandwiches were still delicious ... ?

Worst Subway I have ever been too! The workers didn't acknowledge my presence andi was the only one there. Rude older woman sloppily put my sandwich together in a very angry manner as if I had the audacity to ask her to do her JOB, if I wasn't so hungry I would've just left the sandwich there. I will NEVER go to that one again!

Shawna, the pink haired employee, is the rudest person I have ever experienced in customer service. I don’t know what is wrong with this person or why they work around people. She called me “a little b*tch” for now knowing where the bread menu was and perpetually laughed at me the whole visit.Luckily the other woman working was courteous and did her job.I won’t be back here, though. I suggest replacing Shawna if that’s even her name.This visit was 2/20 at 5:10 pm

This subway is not the worst one around but staff is never very professional. There are always 2 or 3 woman working at this location (same employees every time). Today an older woman with dark hair that she wears clipped up (sorry don't know names) was dropping F-bombs while there were 5-7 people in the lobby of subway. To me very unprofessional. Again it took them about 30 minutes to get through the line. No sense of urgency and no professionalism.

I have been a loyal customer to the Subway on Detroit Rd. in Rocky River for years. I have always found most of the staff to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The restaurant is always clean. Unfortunately I attempted to place a pick up order approximately 3 weeks ago. I was told I had to place the order online. I explained that I had a procedure done on my eyes and couldn't see well enough. I was shocked. Her response was this. "Sorry that's our policy." I would encourage anyone to still go there. It is clean and the staff is usually kind in every way. Sadly they lost a very loyal customer in me. To my main man John I'm sorry.
Stop there this evening with my kids and my daughter in law. We both had coupons for buy one get one after the confusion of placing our order cause everyone was talking over eachother we proceeded to pay and was told our coupons can't be honored. Not only did they deny our coupons they made a scene about it and the gentleman there claimed I had this issue before with him and that wasn't the case at all. Needless to say we left with nothing and went to Subway in Lakewood on Detroit and had no problems with our coupons and where treated very well. 2 thumbs up to Subway in Lakewood on Detroit and the crew there

The pregnant worker really just smashed my bread down to a thin line bc she doesn't know how to just cut it so it opens correctly. Beware, they WILL drown your sandwich in mayo and mustard, and move in slow motion the entire time. But they're nice :)

Unfriendly staff, lazy. Mgr/Owner curt. All 3 walked away, no one wanted to wait on me, but when men came in, they suddenly weren't busy anymore. Left a girl who looked 15 and did NOT listen to me. Kept putting stuff on sandwich not requested. Didn't know how to make sandwich, kept asking for help but received none. Had a coupon, not honored. Fine- non participating, but rude about it. I was told "most" coupons not honored. Either you do or you don't. Pick one. Would not revommend, and wont go back!
