We’ve had takeout from here twice and 5 stars goes to the quality and accuracy. Takeout orders have a tendency to be wrong/missing items, but both times everything was perfect, even with special notes.

Best authentic Chinese food in the Westside! Unfortunately no dine in option anymore...doesn't change the fact that this place has great food.

This has been my favorite Chinese restaurant for decades, until they stopped dine-in service. Take out is always disappointing. The kung pao chicken was always amazing, but the last couple takeout orders have been nasty pieces of chicken that went straight in the trash. I really miss what this place used to be like.

Uber Eats Driver: They always know I'm there to pick up an order and by name. They put your name on the bag in thick black marker, so there is no room for confusion. Very efficient.

The Food is amazing and fresh. I gave 3 stars only because i shouldn’t have to ask for napkins or a utensil for my food. They should just naturally pack them in the bag with the food !!!

They need to update their website, which says open for lunch til 2:30. Drove there and door sign says open at 4:30pm take out only, dine-in closed.

Not sure who your hospitality hostess is, however, at 8:10 p.m. on a Wednesday evening she was not only off-putting and unfriendly, but discouraging from ever trying this place againAm new to here and only wanted to order something to go, but she was neither welcoming nor encouraging and was by far the coldest, most indifferent, and worst ambassador encountered since arriving here. - She made it clear that her only mission was to get out of the place as soon possible, the opposite of what is likely her job. - "I'm closing in a half hour," was her lone response when greeting for what would have been a fifteen-minute $40 order. There are dozens of this place within a couple miles of here who are likely equally food good-enough, but with more friendly and welcoming staff and atmosphereThis experience was the opposite of hospitality and what a sour person and experience she is, at least on first impression and encounter, which is most crucial for such a place. - Shall never try this forgettable plaza spot again and shall share this story of this experience should it ever come up in the future. All American-Asian food is good. It's the people who make it specialBut this - What an awful.

I ordered delivery. When I grabbed my food, I went to my kitchen to check the bag and noticed I was missing 4 spring rolls. I contacted szechwan garden and the lady i talked to on the phone was very apologetic and I said I'm missing some of my order. I asked if she could send the delivery guy back out or refund my money on those items? She told me no there's nothing she can do.... I was upset by the customer service I received. I've ordered from there for years and never had a issue. I'm so upset because my children really love their spring rolls and now I have to tell them a lie on why they were not delivered....?

I usually don’t feel the need to write a poor review but it’s been more than one time now that I’ve had an unsatisfactory experience. The lady who answers the phone always seems annoyed and in person commented about how she was surprised I came to pick up my order. I told her that I waited the allotted amount of time that she gave in the phone and the business hours state 9pm as closing and it was 7:30pm when I arrived. She proceeded to say that Google hadn’t updated the information about the hours and that sometimes they leave early and that day they had a technician coming in to fix something. I’m sorry but it’s not my problem if a worker wants to leave earlier than the given business times and if it’s that concerning they should say that when they give the pick up time. This is the last thing I wanted to hear after I’m getting off work and trying to get my dinner back home. Not only was the service poor but the food was horrible. I’ve always given rave reviews about this place and the food but there’s just no excuse. The fried wontons had no filling and tasted stale, the fried rice was clumped together and tasted old. It was beyond disappointing and it’s most likely the last time I’ll go there.

Just ok. I'll admit working in Asiatown has spoiled me and made me a bit biased but this was just, ok. Nothing remarkable but not to awful except for the zen fried chicken, that was pretty bad.

Lo mein noodles are so sad. Barely any sauce, probably the most underwhelming lo mein noodles I’ve had.

I got 4 wontons in my large wonton soup and 2 in the small. Incredible overpriced for the amount and lack of flavor
