Both of them in Lancaster are horrible.If you are in lancaster ohio do not go to the burger kings. Takes twenty minutes to take your order and it's the only car in there. Nobody else around but it'll still take you twenty minutes just to put your order in. Then guess on where you're gonna pay because nobody knows.

Use to be my favorite place as a kid in the 90s . But the last 20 years Been hit and miss on getting good food. I stoped yesterday and it was like the 90s again. I only wish it was that way every time.

I got trapped in the drive through for over 30 minutes waiting to just order. I should have known better given it was lunch and there were only 4 cars in the drive through (locals know better). Anyway, they have a duel lane thing for ordering and I got stuck between the guy trying to order and the person behind me. When I got to the window they said to please wait. I waited 10 minutes and then just left. Whole lunch break shot. Between the yelp reviews and Google reviews going back years I would say to avoid this location completely. It’s obviously mismanaged.

It would be better if the manager, and her employees would take more pride in there work instead of goofing off, and getting high outside... This happens on the east side Burger King... No wonder they never have any business...
