It's a Monday. No tomatoes, no lemonade, no shakes. When you pull up to the window every car in front of me sat 6 minutes before they would even take your order. Same thing happened to us. Then I asked if it was a under staffing situation she said no. We are really busy. There was 0 people in the dine in area. So they are doing 1 order every 10 to 14 minutes. Sad

The sandwiches were small, and the quality was poor for $15-$20 sandwiches. The bread was falling apart with the meat dry, all of the meat was on one half of the sandwich. Overall extremely disappointed for the price I spent on this meal.

Quality has really gone downhill since their days of being in the River Valley Mall. Worst of all has been the service though. And they took away the blueberry lemonade!
I ordered food to be delivered to our work in Gahanna. The store cancelled our order and have not returned my money. They are taking peoples money, beware. I am reporting g them.

FOOD POISONING!!!I bought a door dash order Wednesday afternoon and be midnight I was very very sick. This was not the stomach bug being once I got it up and out, it was over and done with. The only thing I ate all day being I work at a salon and my time is pretty limited, that’s the only explanation. Stay away from this fast food place until they can figure out how to follow proper regulations
