The fish and crinkle cut fries were great..hot and fresh. Our waitress was fantastic. She was the only waitress in sight and definitely earned her money tonight....and I certainly hope she made a lot considering how busy your restaurant was.. I wish I could recall her name, because she deserves to be recognized for her hard work!

Stopped by to pick up some Big Boy sauce for a friend back home. I had never been to one before and didn't know what to expect. I kind of thought it was a fast food restaurant but when I walked in, it reminded me of a Perkins and an iHop. The staff is super friendly and answered my questions. We had a late lunch so we opted for a couple of milkshakes. My friend is going to be absolutely over the moon with the goodies I brought back for him!

Lancaster, Ohio - Only 1 waitress working. Supposedly, there was another waitress working but never saw any signs of her. The waitress we had was all over the place trying to get people taken care of. Some people got tired of waiting and just got up and left. We waited over an hour just for a bowl of chili and a grilled cheese.

A mixed review. The restroom was disgusting. The toilet was horrible. The floor was broken up, missing tiles in the floor and a terrible odor. I've heard it say the cleanliness of the restroom is a direct representation of the cleanliness of the kitchen. Sadly I ate before going to the restroom.The food was excellent, hot and fresh. Portion size vs price was in my opinion way off. $40 for two people. My hamburger was excellent. My wife's sandwich, the Buddy Boy, was very small and not hardly any ham. The server was friendly and courteous.
Friendly staff, clean and good vibe. Some of our food was subpar for the money. Cold salad bar was well tended, but the pasta bar was past it's prime at 2p. Sauce was overcooked and was served on the chicken parm we ordered from the menu. I would probably try breakfast if I was in the area because the staff were so friendly.

Worst service and food I ever had.Took server 20 minutes to even come to table for drinks.I ordered a fish sandwich with fries, I was brought 2 pieces of fish in a bowl with fries.My son's big boy was so sloppy has to eat with a fork.
