Food was not great and def not worth the prices they are asking - burnt buns, chicken and day old lettuce and tomatoes with a small side of fries for 14 dollars. Never going here again, such a rip off. Terrible service and food. Don't waste your time and

Went for lunch on a Saturday. It took about 15 minutes for us to be acknowledged once we were seated. We immediately placed our order for beverages and food. Waited about another 40 minutes to be served.I will say that the food was good once we were served. Staff apologized saying they were understaffed. Although the place is charming, according to my husband the men's room was filthy. I cannot speak to the ladies room as I did not use it. We were somewhat disgusted by the number of flies flying around us as we tried to enjoy our meal.It's really a shame as I feel this restaurant has so much potential.
This is a highly recommended spot where you can enjoy any environment with refreshing drinks and amazing food! Not only are the drinks amazing, but the people behind the brand are even better. You won’t be disappointed here. Buckeye Vodka LOVE working with these folks.

I give them another shot about every 3 months...and my experience is always why it takes me another 3 months to even try. Today, I ordered online for lunch through *their* website. Advertised 20 minute turn-around. I get a text that my food is ready in almost exactly 20 minutes, so I walk over. You always have to wait for someone to notice you, as there's rarely a greeter; when I gave him my name and he pulled up my order, he seemed confused/concerned that I was there to pick up. He proceeds to disappear for *another* 20 minutes (so clearly, my food order had not yet been prepared...it was mushroom soup, no longer the quality it used to be ftr, a spinach salad and add salmon. Nothing that takes any kind of time to prepare.). I get back to my office and the piece of salmon, for which I paid an additional $7, was literally 1 inch by 2 inch at best in size; completely overcooked (but well seasoned). The location of this place couldn't be better...so they should do better. It's utterly mystifying why it's rarely a positive experience. I even tipped 20% for a pick-up order! Fat good it did me. When I asked the young man why the online ordering wasn't accurate with regard to the food pick-up time, he was a little flippant about it...which did nothing to improve my mood or experience.We would love to do more business lunches there but between the delays in service and often the food quality, we don't take the risk.

Since being under new management, I've seen a real turnaround for the better here. The service has gotten a lot better as well.Great food, refreshing drinks, and overall great atmosphere. You can't beat that patio in the summer! Great views of the downtown square.
Don’t waste your time. Over an hour wait for food. We sat in the bar area and the server barely acknowledged us. She was more interested in the people coming from outside only for drinks. Why can’t they wait? Won’t go back. The host was on his phone, typical useless Millennial.

We love the environment & location. Just can't do the disappointment anymore, regarding the food quality. The last (& final) dish I tried was the chicken stir fry- it tasted like a kroger frozen lean cuisine. It was nothing short of horrible. We keep trying, wanting the Bistro to succeed- but this last visit was truly our LAST. We know this place could & should be a huge success- there's no reason the food quality should be so poor. We have given suggestions - please go visit The Ribber in Portsmouth, Ohio. If you copy that- you'll have lines standing around the block. Simplify and improve your food. Best wishes!

Staff ignored us for 20 minutes. Only reason we got served is my fiancé literally had to ask a waitress politely why nobody had come to get us drinks/take our order even though we were sat by a host. Had staff watching/walking by us constantly and no one thought to take care of us? Baffling. And that was just one of the many service issues we had tonight. It was perhaps to 5 worst service experiences of any dining experience.Along with a burger tasted like it had been cooked on the same surface as the salmon my mother in law was eating. Just rough. Really don’t recommend for the price. Seems like lots of people are having similar issues with the service so I hope they take these reviews to heart and tighten up , so we can support more local businesses !

We waited for over 30 minutes past our reservation time. Why have a reservation if you have to stand in the lobby for over half an hour. I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. I'm still lost as to where Alfredo made it into the title. It was like eating warm buttermilk. No flavor at all. It isn't hard to make an alfredo sauce. Butter, cheese, pasta water, and salt, done.... I would've been better off at an olive garden, which is a joke. The chicken looked and tasted boiled with slight grill marks to try to make you think it was grilled. This shows me that they don't taste their food to make sure its been seasoned properly. This was my second trip to this restaurant (I almost always give a second chance), and honestly, there are far too many other restaurants that are far better quality that will get my business. I'm not angry, I'm just not coming back to be disappointed again.
