I'm really surprised at the number of low ratings. We've already had great experiences with our pizzas from the Lancaster Marco's. Our orders have always been correct, the employees are friendly, and the food quality has been very good. Keep it up!

Pizza good, Lancaster location consistently doesn’t cut pizza all the way. It’s a pizza place, maybe get them some sharper pizza cutters.

So they send you coupons in the mail and when you try to use it (online only coupon) it tells you unable to process please call the store. So you call to find out their internet is down. Ok ill order on the phone and use my coupon....nope. that's an online only coupon. Refused to honor it even though it was their problem with service not mine. Very poor customer service. I order here often. I did not this time. She didn't care. So I'll have to find a new pizza place. Thanks a lot marcos for nothing!

I grew near Cleveland and Marco’s has always been my favorite pizza. When I moved to Lancaster I would occasionally drive to the one up on Broad in Columbus. Then the one in Pickerington opened…then, finally! Lancaster! Unfortunately, this is the WORST Marco’s I have ever been to. We only pick up orders so it isn’t a delivery time issue. The order is always wrong. We typically order online and have taken to calling the store to make sure it’s correct. Still no luck. Every few months we try again and every time it ends in disappointment. Today it happened again.

So tired of never getting a correct carryout order. Roosters, Marcos, Applebees, Cristys, Arby's - it doesn't matter. No one is getting orders correct these days. Begging fur public support but not putting our good service. Sad.

Delivery time Was 57 minutes... 2 hours later. we called to inquire and the lady that we spoke with said then I'll just cancel your order and hung the phone up. Will not order from again. Poor all the way around.

Spoke with the owner Manny one day on the phone I told him that the food is inconsistent some days it's not done other days it's over done I asked him to make sure the food is done still after almost two years of ordering they still cannot get it right. So will not order much since no one can get things right. The manager girl said she knows how to do her job then you would know it's not done.
