Absolutely Disgusting ,she's making a pizza comes to the register stuff all over her hands.Hands me my money and then goes back to making pizza without washing her hands. I asked to talk with a manager and she looks at me and says that she was the manager and that's how all pizza places are ran, and that the pizza would be fine after it was ran through the oven.

I wish I couldn’t even give this place one star. A whole hour and half before close and the blonde guy behind the counter tonight literally told me to my face he didn’t want to take my order or make my food. I was a walk in, an walk back out. This place definitely needs to purge the toxic employees. If you don’t want to work stay home.

Didn’t receive my full order. Had two missed calls, with no voicemail???? Saw it was Papa Johns and tried calling back but kept being put on hold. Never learned why they were calling. Assume it was about my missing item. I have a gluten intolerance and the missing item was the food item that is made gluten free. Spouse says the food that was delivered was not good. Would not recommend, will not be ordering again. Even if the item was not available, they could have left a voicemail? The delivery driver was unaware, she just delivered what she was told.Dietary restrictions: Would not recommend for gluten free

Ordered a pizza w/o cheese. It came with cheese. When I called to have it corrected I was told there was nothing they could do since we had it delivered by Door Dash. They literally made it wrong but aren't accountable because we had it delivered?! Good business would be to remake the pizza the way we ordered it. Ridiculous!

I called in after the time that they took 2 hours to get me my food they sent me a coupon in the mail saying that they like to earn my business back that they would give me a free large pizza well they didn't stick to that word I took the coupon in they said it wasn't no good talking order to large pizza again gave him the benefit of doubt it was messed up call today to redeem my free pizza the manager told me that night that they would give me they said they don't have no records of it showing that they would give me a free pizza outrageous this would be the last time ever that I'll take a pizza from Papa John's in Lancaster Ohio

Ordered carry out , they messed up one of the pizzas so I had to go back up there with my 3 kids which was very inconvenient then had to wait 15 minutes for them to remake it !! Didn't offer a discount for the mess up or for my time waiting . Ridiculous!!
