Food quality and quantity is really lacking now days..And the cost is somewhat ridiculous!..My husband always gets the stuffed mushrooms..They literally had no garlic sauce on them and were very, very dry!..He didn't even eat them..

Great service with friendly people. So much better than the scrubby Columbus locations. Everything was hot and tasty and served up fast. Now granted it was Sunday night so they weren't super busy, so I don't know how it is during peak times on Fridays and Saturdays but our expectations were definitely exceeded and we'd go back in a heartbeat.
The Server was great. Our wait time on the food was pretty fast. The food wasn't what I thought it should have been.

Oh where to start,Food had a false nail (yes a fingernail) in it, they forgot an appetizer and brought it after the meal despite us asking it to just be taken off the ticket since it never showed up. They kept calling the youngest (little guy, bud, sport, champ etc) despite being told at least 5 times that she was a girl. This used to be a regular place for us to go and now I'm not sure if I ever want to give it another shot. Oh and the pay kiosks take your photo now which seems extremely weird. All items were charged despite the problems and they finally adjusted the bill after explaining the overall situation.Kid-friendliness: They called our youngest daughter he and bud, sport, champ even after corrected multiple times. She was really upset and even tried to stand up for herself to the waiter who rolled his eyes and walked off

UPDATED 02/2024: First, I want to say Kiersten did a great job. The food?? Entirely different. Today, the dressing was served on the salad. Probably wouldn't have been so bad except for the large amount that was served on it. WAY too much!! My entree, Pick 3 shrimp, was another issue. The Parrot Isle was fine, the alfredo was fine, but the scampi was not. 2 of the shrimp were either under cooked or no good. Shrimp should be firm, the 2 were not. Ruined my meal in that I had no desire to have any more. I ordered an Old Fashion. First time I've ever had the cherry muddled in the drink and seemed that extra syrup was added as my drink was red. Also, was confused about the empty deep fried lobster tail on hubby's lunch. Why??? Looked terrible! Nothing edible in it so probably no need for it? So, with the exception of Kiersten, the meal was a fail for me.UPDATE 04/15/21. Food was so good! Kirsten was phenomenal. Truly good, just a really good experience today! recommend this location.
