The barista went on break but there is not a sign saying when they would return.Other than that the service and food/ drinks are always great.

The first one they forgot the mocha, the second and third cup was them remaking it due to they messed up but some employee wanted to be a smart a$$$ cus they messed up i know the mocha runs down the side they just dint put it in the cup the first time i get the same drink every day just sometimes i go and get it and somtimes i order it the rudeness and the one trying to be smart here is your pic where you messed up the first one like i dont know what my drink looks like every morning

I wasn't happy with my Java chip frap with 2 shots expresso and they recommended remaking it. Great employees. Very polite and friendly employees. Wish other places used the same training program.

The frozen drinks from here sometimes for whatever reason turn out like slushes. But there’s so much ice used that we can’t drink them….Idk if the barista making them doesn’t use enough pumps or liquid so when the ice is blended it doesn’t turn out right. I’m tired of looking forward to an awesome drink when I can’t even enjoy it. And then when I do get a sip i have ice chunks and little to no flavor of either coffee or added sweetener flavor.Starbucks memorial drive, please review and double to make sure everyone is using the right recipes. It’s been very frustrating especially when the drink are $7…I like this location and I want to keep coming back but this issue is becoming too often, i haven’t had such issues with other starbucks before.
