Ordered a grilled cheese through door dash, when it got to me opened the bag up and the bread was moldy attempted to call the store and the phone just rang for about five minutes and still no answer so...probably my last purchase from this location. there is no human interaction at the store at all ordering through a kiosk and then having to scan a bar code to fill your drink cup is just down right annoying to have to do.

Ordered milkshakes through the drive through, delicious as usual.
They may as well have you make your own food and shakes. You have to place your order on a kiosk (no other option) and at the end of placing your order it asks how much of a tip you want to leave. Why am I leaving a tip when I am the waitress? And having to scan a ticket for the stupid soda machine to work????? WTH??? They couldn't even make our shakes correctly. Never going there again.

My steak Burger was excellent. I don't really care for the French fries I wish they would go to big fat steak. Fries, that would be the best.. But the steak Burger and the milkshake was perfect.

The main entrance vestibule is very smelly like body odor. They put a air freshener in there so its like not taking a shower and just putting cologne on. You have to use kiosks to order your own food, they dont bring your food to the table anymore. Also you need to use a QR code receipt to get a drink which wasnt mentioned anywhere, until we ask them why their drink machine doesnt work. The food was good overall but thats about the only decent part of our visit.
Had not been to a S&S for awhile - thought we would give it try. Young lady at the counter very helpful - said we did not have to use the order screen. Explained the deal if we ordered a milkshake with our meal. Shake came - good. Meal came - Good Have to have a Knife and fork to eat with - BAD - thought they were for kids meals - Really - the absolute - flimsy - cheapest things they could get - come on - if we need a knife and fork the least you could do is provide substantial utensils.
The milkshake was mid and the cheese kn the fries was generic. The atmosphere was really nice.l!
