Yikes! Been sitting in drive through for 20 minutes. I know that you get busy but gosh. I watched 4 people get fed up and leave the line. Imagine the money that this business is loosing every day. Anyway, got tired of waiting. Going to drive across town to 7 brew or Starbucks it’s worth the drive. Feel bad for folks on the east side of Lancaster that want a coffee, you’ll die of old age waiting in line.

Kinda dumb when I'm trying to apply for a job from you on ziprecruiter and when I selected a job from you guys it takes me to a whole other job site that it wants me to make a profile for just so I can apply through the original site like I thought i could? Yeah no thanks.

My drink was wrong, ordered a Nutella ice Capp and some how ended up with caramel and I ordered a 20 pc assorted timbit and tell me how out of ASSORTED do you get only 3 kinds. Money not well spent!

We literally just left and not out of town yet at 4:15pm on 3/10/14. 1st, the order wasn't put in the computer the way we spoke to the person taking our order. 2nd, the young lady taking our order was talking over my wife as she ordered. 3rd, it's the worst vanilla latte we've probably ever had. I'd turn around to politely return them, but we are on a time crunch. We aren't tough people to please, but this has been Very disappointing. $ not well spent.

We're at the point now where, if they don't get your order right, the guy at the window just tries to talk you out of it rather than fix it. Last time it was "well, I mean, did you REALLY want a hash brown?" this time it was "ohhhh, yeah, didn't get that one, soooooooo....." it's just a hassle coming here anymore, let alone to get what I ordered, so why even bother, right?

I would put - 5 stars live in the area vist in st zotique everyday order and they always put sugar in the coffer witch I never ask 5 times all ready it happen !!!!
