We ordered 2 different drinks and both tasted like watery old coffee.My daughter thought they gave her tea lol it wasn't good and we couldn't even drink it!

One of the better Tim Hortons experiences I have had.This store is well sized with friendly and quick staff.Very friendly and helpful with any suggestions and selections, even during a rush.Vegetarian options: Plenty of baked goods or drinks that fit the vegetarian diet.

This particular Tim's has been well known for fairly slow service for a while. They're still slow. To add to it a customer dropped his card down beside the counter between the register and the donut case. They're trying to fish it out when a lady in the line says "why don't y'all just pull the rack out"? After saying it a couple times it was discovered by those (in the now longer line) who've never worked there that the entire rack of donuts wheels out and the card was right there among all the donuts and boxes that haven't been cleaned off the floor in who knows how long! These employees either don't give a rip or they had no idea the rack was on wheels! No excuse either way. All falls to management! Another employee say down near me for his break and I wish I had taken a picture. He was sitting up, completely zoned out sleeping? Or high I really couldn't tell, and I'm pretty good at discerning these things.I can say the coffee (dark roast) was hot and fresh. The food was satisfactory as well. They just need to work on speed and cleanliness of the store.

I've never had a less than exceptional experience at this tim hortons. The staff is great.
The gentleman that waited on us was Tim. He was very polite. I was impressed how he sounded when I said thank you, he responded with your welcome. His tone sounded like him truly mean it. I hope he waits on us again. Thank you Tim for your kind words.

This locations service is always slow. Which isn't a huge issue for me, but their employees seeming to lack people skills is. No greetings, no thank you...nothing. Just hand you your card and drink and away you go. I wasn't even provided my receipt.

I haven't been to Tim Hortons in about 6 months.I stop by today around 6:00 p.m.10 /20 /23.Ordered six donuts and a large french vanilla hot cappuccino.Got home and the donuts you can tell or not all that fresh but again it is 6:00 p.m.The cappuccino is very watery.I did call back to let them know nothing about the donuts but I did let them know that the cappuccino was watery.She said both machines looked fine and that was that.So im guessing the measurements have either been changed for the amount of cappuccino powder they put in these because it tastes nothing like it used to.I feel like I definitely wasted my $10 and wish I had spent it elsewhere.The good news is I know that this is what the cappuccinos are supposed to taste like there now and I don't need to worry about going back.
