Just a poor experience. Last time I was there, I ordered boneless wings. Wings where really small pieces not worth the price. Will be sticking with Roosters of Buffalo wings n rings.

My family still lives in Lebanon and we decided to use a gift card we got for Christmas. My mom warned us not to come to this location, but we were so hungry we didn't feel like driving the 20 something mins to the other one. So we braved it. The booth we were sat in so I expected to feel the draft from the door. But it wasn't a draft they literally had the air on and blowing towards the set of booths we were sitting at. All of our food came out at different times. First our pretzel bites a few mins later our mozz sticks. Then my wings came out a good 5-10 mins before my step sons food and a good 15-20 mins before my boyfriends brisket tacos. The mozz sticks were the only thing that was hot when it came. Yet somehow the cheese wasn't all melty in the middle. My boyfriend could barely eat the brisket tacos because it was cold. And then after paying and leaving he ended up getting sick twice. Worst experience at a buffalo wild wings.

Had I known the home team was playing we wouldn't have stayed. The TV was loud so people talked louder. Food was good and came out fast and hot.

Love visiting every single time! Service is always great even when busy. Our wings always come out super hot and delicious. Although the last few times they were a bit dry. We just asked for more sauce, no big deal. Our sides are always hot and yummy! Love playing the trivia while dining in.
As expected, though terribly understaffed. The servers did great except there were only two for the full restaurant.

They were very good and a kick of spice.Wheelchair accessibility: A Lot of the time when we go we have a person in an electronic wheelchair. The staff is very good about accommodating. It can be difficult for the wheelchair to move though the restaurant, due to the placement of people and space. It is that way on very busy nights.

My son n I went 2 watch the Bangles game. N even tho they sucked on the football field that weekend. We had a great time. The food was great, n I loved that I got 2 spend time with my son.
