I've worked in the food service industry, so I totally understand how orders can be served incorrectly, and staff can appear agitated while working under pressure. What I have noticed is that it appears friends and acquaintances hang around sometimes, and that's a distraction, thus affecting quality service for patrons.Parking: The store is located on a large lot but has limited marked parking spaces.“

“Stopped in on St. Paddy's day, had a wild craving for some BBQ on this Beautiful day! Tried the sliced Brisket (so good! super smoked tender and didn't even need sauce but I added just a dab of the original and Spicy Sauce) and Jalapeno Cheddar Kielbasa Sausage (unique and delicious!), also had sides of fresh fried Okra and the Baked Beans. Everything was very good including service and clean dining area! Also got a "Big Yellow Cup" filled with Sweet Tea and met 1 of the owners Ric! Good man who cares about his business and guests! “Love this fried chicken chain. My daughter's absolute favorite. We've even been to their resturants in several US locations as well as internationally in thailand. Ive never seen a fried chicken fan girl before haha. We usually get soy garlic chicken tenders and fried rice. Anything wr've had has been tasty though. I wish they offered coffee or tea. Anyway, i highly recommend this chain wherever you find one. The cincinnati branch staff is always super friendly.Indianapolis needs a branch!“

But that could also have been because of the chicken flavor overload compared to it.The tenders are bigger than I was expecting. “First time here. I got the combo meal with double steak burger. I am very impressed. The fries were cooked perfectly and plenty of them. The Burger was delicious. I added pepper jack cheese. They had house sauce on it which I couldn't really taste, so I added 1 packet of mayo and mustard. Several napkins required for the burger, that's good! They have one of those new touchscreen soda machines, No Root beer . I am definitely coming back and bringing family. I would choose this place over five guys burgers if they were side by side. Clean looking inside, clean bathroom, nice staff!Kid-friendliness: High chairs provided, 2 large screen televisions.Wheelchair accessibility: Small outdoor shopping center. “This place has delicious food and we love the laid back atmosphere that’s family friendly too. Our favorites are the kale Caesar, wings, and the fries are really tasty too. We drive 30 minutes for this place- it’s that good! The beer at LBC is always enjoyable too. I definitely recommend checking our Ladder 41!“
