I guess I’ve lucked out because every time I’ve gone to this chipotle (using chipotle lane) I’ve had a great experience. The food, portions, and service has been great. Those working the chipotle lane have also been very kind. Every time I got home the portions have been way better than any other chipotle, can’t beat that. Only thing I would say is the chips can sometimes be a tad salty but if that’s the only thing to complain about verse my experience at other chipotle’s, I consider it a win.

The opposite of fast food... Placed order online and showed on time (2 minutes early). Waited in lane to pick up for 20 minutes to finally get to the window. My order was sitting on the counter but it took another 5 minutes for one of the four people standing around inside to walk over and hand it to me. By the time I got my food it was ice cold. Not wasting my time with this place anymore.

Chipotle is always a good place to eat with their ingredients. Admittedly, I wish they had more vegetable and onion free options. This location is new and each time I’ve gone I’ve met friendly staff. I hope my streak continues!

Figured I'd give this Chipotle a try since its new and I'm disappointed. The chicken is soo salty that you can't even eat it . Everything looked fresh but it don't matter if you can't eat the protein because the tremendous amount of salt. Next time I'll save my

Best bowl I’ve ever had. We ordered them for everyone at work and it was incredible!
Were you hoping for a better Chipotle in Lebanon? Well prepare to be disappointed. This new location off Columbus Ave. is just as understaffed, disorganized, and disfunctional is the location in south Lebanon. They cant even keep chips available to customers. Very disappointed, but I should have known better. It's hard to find a well ran Chipotle these days.....

Have been twice around 830 and they were out of multiple things. Sour cream, fajitas, asked if they had more and they said they were closing down.. But they are open till 11? The kids working were more worried about talking with their friends about doing doughnuts in the parking lot. Store was a mess as well.

Chips were the only redeeming quality of the order. Placed a to go order and the burrito had almost no chicken on it and the chicken that was on it was beyond cold...

The customer ahead was requesting for more rice and employee serving said “he has to do potion control!! It seemed he was saving food for himself! After I moved into the line I noticed the employee was also controlling on my portions. They ran out of white rice while putting it in my bowl and I had to ask for more and it seemed unfair to ask!! Then when I told the server I want everything after the beans and barbacoa I noticed this time he was putting bare minimum in the bowl and even avoided put the green and red salsa. I had to specifically ask him to put sour cream. After getting home we noticed the queso and guacamole was half filled in the container for our chips. It was a very embarrassing interaction and don’t mind paying more but I don’t want to battle for my food. I won’t be visiting this location again.
